Sweet Baby Inc. and the Steam Curator Group Conspiracy - The company that is responsible for the diarrheic video game writing.

Seems like to hurt Sweet Wokey you have to make them seethe and sperg out and that is done by openly opposing them. The more they sperg, the more negative attention they get. Typical lolcow behaviour.

Now that we know that I'd say it's time for more rounds of Kick the Sweet Baby.

Took a nap for a few hours. Number of curator followers is now 14k. This backfire badly for Chris and Sweet Baby Inc.
But money laundering is a low profile, controversy-free front for something else. This is the opposite of low profile and controversy-free - they're extremely controversial and work in a highly-public field.
The reason they are so open with this is because:
1. They thought they won the culture war. As such they thought they would receive no pushback.
2. They honestly believed that Twitter was real life and that their bullshit would be welcomed by the masses.
3. Their heads were so far up their ass, huffing their own farts in their echo chamber that they believed that they could do no wrong.

I guess when you are BlackRock and Larry Fink's bitch you think you are untouchable and can get away with anything. Good to see that people are showing pushback to this.

This curation is a step in the right direction, but I'm afraid the Sweet Baby connection is far far deeper than what we might expect.
probably, but you know these types. they can't stop gloating and rubbing it in people's faces, on top of kinda needing it for marketing purposes to get more gigs.
at least for me it feels all the pushback is ramping up. first the ESG shit, then the trannylator stuff (to the point people are overly sensitive too it, good in the long run but annoying in specific cases), now sweet baby. the economy itself doesn't do them any favors now that the cheap money train has left the station and their shit is simply (more) unsustainable, made worse thanks to their retarded idea covid-bux and people sitting at home will be going on forever and not just be a rare exception.

from a market perspective it's simply unavoidable, you can only go against market dynamics for so long, the most basic being supply & demand. overspending on shit no one wants (which includes hiring sweet baby stupid fucking name btw) sooner or later has consequences, and the more you try to fuck with the market inevitably there will be market correction, usually at least equal if not worse in return.
that's why the MUH CAPITALISM crowd is so hilarious, they don't even know basic shit like that (but being ignorant retards comes with the territory).

I hope Steam lets the curator page stay up, given that they've tolerated a lot of shittier curators (not the gimmicky ones like Commander Shepard). It's kind of hilarious that Sweet Baby Inc is basically claiming that the page should be removed on grounds on harassment, when it's really a "boycott these games" list. You'd have to be really stretching logic to think a boycott = harassment.

These people have the same reaction that Twittards do when LibsofTikTok points something they don't like out.

I'll like to point out that three games, made by AA studios, Baldur's Gate 3, Hogwarts Legacy and RoboCop: Rogue City had a combined budget of 300-350 million dollars. Meanwhile three of the biggest games that Sweet Baby Inc. consulted and worked on; Spider-Man 2, Starfield, and Suicide Squad each had a budget of 400 million dollars. Three games had less than the budget of one game Sweet Baby Inc. worked on. How can any studio look at that and think that is acceptable? This company just burns money, makes an inferior product and makes your studio lose money. Did these studios really believe that the BlackRock money would support them forever? Oh, wait, they did!

It was Insomniac themselves who wanted to have more MJ emissions at the expense of less playable Venom.

Sure Sweet Baby should've never existed but the AAA companies did that shit to themselves with or without them by going after ESG ratings.

This reminds me of when Total Biscuit made a curator to warn about games that were locked at 30fps and SJW criticized him for it.
All this is doing is making information that is already public easier for the consumer to see, and yet these people want to censor it. It's like they know that what they are doing is bad.

Anyways, I'm now following this curator page. Funniest part is that there are actually no games on the list that have ever interested me, half of them were already on my ignore.

I wonder how many of these people trying to protect triple A companies' profit margins and withhold information from consumers have tweeted something like "capitalism is literally murder".

The curators are being smart about it and are not giving out any negative or positive reviews. They are just giving the information tag stating that Sweet Baby worked on this game based upon Sweet Baby's own website.

Now is Sweet Baby gonna start hiding games they worked on? Lying that they had any involvement when they did? The whole thing twists all the hacks at Sweet Baby in a fun to watch pretzel.
