Sweet Baby Inc. and the Steam Curator Group Conspiracy - The company that is responsible for the diarrheic video game writing.

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Ever since the Steam Points Shop was added in 2020, there have been countless cases of people making bait threads on Steam to farm community awards.
and it's fucking genius. I assume it wasn't intended, but think about it:
- clowns are basically inverted reddit gold, you don't get them for "good" posts, but outrageous shitposts.
- not only that, they give points which have an actually tangible use (if you care about that), which makes people go after it even more.
- however to get them, you have to a) shitpost harder than anyone else while b) walking the fine line not baiting so hard it gets you banned.
- since this is clown world there is only one direction you can "bait harder", the usual "good" leftshit talkingpoints get streched to such an unhinged level even normies take note (see that quote about the troon shooter).
- the best part? those unhinged post are literally indistinguishable from "legit" leftards. it's basically copy&pasting resetera posts into the normiesphere, which inevitably will make normies think how retarded that is. it blows their ignorance wide open.

and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. people get rewarded for behaving like retarded libshit lunatics, fueled by pure capitalism.
like I said it probably was unintended, but damn it's like the universe came together to make everyone react with the idiocracy quote :story:

Steam being lenient on their banning is such a blessing. You just damn know if this was any other digital game store, they would have submitted to the mob.
any other store wouldn't have the feature to begin with

That's the only one I was interested in as well, mostly because it looks like an old Heavy Metal magazine.

But I'm glad this list exists because I'm not giving them my money.
pretty sure it was already free on EGS.
otherwise: https://isthereanydeal.com/game/sable/info/

has been in 3 bundles already, so there should plenty of cheap keys (thanks timmy) around. or just wait till it pops up in a bundle again. fanatical often has mix&match bundles where you don't even have to buy stuff you don't want.

Maybe the gaming industry layoffs were a good thing, after all. And my 6666th post is on this corporate hellspawn

You'd think that a company would be proud of being mentioned and their work showcased, but their reaction just about says everything.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of SBI's employees are going to start fleeing the sinking ship now that the spotlight is on their involvement. Of course, the most stalwart are going to dig in their heels and believe they did nothing wrong, and that we're all terrible people for pointing out how they helped fuck up IPs worth millions.

For some reason there's only now 13 games on curator's list.
Starfield, for example, is gone.

edit.
Apparently IMDB has been used as a source and there have been troll-edits on credits of games.

Be sure to double and triple check against multiple sources BEFORE your recommend a game to post here. There is apparently someone on IMDB editing in false SBI association with certain titles.
IMDB is unreliable. They list Neptunia x Senran Kagura, Dead or Alive Xtreme Volleyball (the first), and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, but from what I can tell from the credits of NxSK, they aren't listed. Their clients list is probably the most reliable thing to go off right now:

Had the list lying in my cache from a few hours ago if anyone wants to still see what it contained.

That's kind of a genius move by the dissenters thinking about it. This seriously hinders the credibility of the curator group and lets Sweet baby be the sole source of information that way they take back control over the narrative. The guy that made the list should've frozen it and not removed the titles. Before this story blew up I would see no reason for what was listed on IMDB to be false.

A friend keeps recommending Sable to me but I’m going to get a grey market code for it which means someone somewhere has probably lost money to credit card fraud charge backs for it so I won’t feel guilty buying it.
Okay but i really would like to know what's the story of this game all about, the website says that they wrote the story of the game.

Did they made the main character trans? is she black and her whole personality is being black? is she a mary sue? what did they do here exactly, this game's narrative intrigues me in a morbid way and i don't want to give them a single cent to find out myself.
Did this guy got hacked or something? why is he calling people slurs all of a sudden? Isn't this going to get you fired and make you unemployable?

...is this a raging pooner overdosing on T? what the hell is going on here.

Amd somehow all the games listed are either the worst goyslop or from indies that are 5 butt buddies.
What really gets me is that out of all the titles still on the curator's page, Shadow Gambit killed its developers and Warner Interactive admitted that Suicide Squad all but flopped.

And if Sweet Baby has an employee list, we can just cross-reference those names with the credits of suspected titles.

That would be Maya Felix Kramer, an old associate of Zoe Quinn back when GG started. It looks like she pooned out at some point, but these were all made back when she was a she.

Rules for thee, and not for me.
