Patrick Sean Tomlinson / @stealthygeek / "Torque Wheeler" / @RealAutomanic / Kempesh / Padawan v2.5 - "Conservative" sci-fi author with TDS, armed "drunk with anger management issues" and terminated parental rights, actual tough guy, obese, paid Quasi, paid thousands to be repeatedly unbanned from Twitter

Nobody has less credibility than this pathetic stain. Pat will say and do anything to come out on top; lying comes as naturally to him as high-sodium foods. It's more than a compulsion; he simply could not live his life with the truth. This will fuck him because he is too stupid to maintain any level of consistency with his stories, and then you have his egregious social media presence. I just can't see anything happening in his favour.

Patrick is going to win a million dollars.
Wrong in every detail as always, naysayer.

The judge will take one good look at Pat and immediately sentence him to death for being a fat faggot with bitch tits. The method of execution will be officer Evans kneeling on the amalgamation of chins Fat calls a neck, George Floyd style, while farting in Nikki's vagina, all of that in front of a cheering audience, like the final scene of Kubrick's Clockwork Orange.

The entire process will be aired live on all TV stations in the United States and everyone will clap and racism will end forever because people will realize that it doesn't really matter whether you're black, brown, yellow, jewish or human; we're all equal when anonymously laughing at fat faggots on the Internet.

I still think it was for all intents and purposes pro-se. He wrote it, hired a couple lawyers to file it and do their best to clean it up and make it somewhat coherent, and this was the best they could do.
I thought that too, but in the past Fatty had an uncanny ability to pick attorneys that are almost as retarded as he himself.
He never had a single win in court.

I CANT BREEF
This stalker child doesn't want to visualize the big pink apparition allegedly inflicted on Fatrick's neighbors. 🐷

Great. I am away traveling for one day and my favorite thread explodes with 40 more pages.

I am sure this was probably mentioned but what are the odds Fatrick got this idea to sue the city through us? Or what torswats said?

It’s possible this was always his plan but we know he isn’t the brightest bulb in the box.

But if we find out he is in anyway behind any of these swat calls or his claims of his property being vandalized even, I will never stop laughing.

Can you imagine Fatrick doing jail time and every week receiving snail mail from atalkers calling him fat?

I'm sure this has been on his mind the whole time. Especially is you subscribe to the idea that he is swatting himself. If he's not, he still likely saw this as some type of payday.

The guns and ballistic shields were the very first swats.
...Maybe?
...to find two hot head idiot officers with their hands on their guns...
"Hands on their guns" suggests to me the police had holstered pistols. Therefore, not SWAT, and therefore no swatting here. Pat lies and does not know what words mean, but is there any evidence "the most SWATted man in America" was ever SWATted?

Another thing, if this proceeds, we will find out exactly how many times he was truly swatted and how many were just welfare checks or phone calls?

We know for a fact on one of the so called “swats” it was the fire department that responded, not cops equiped with automatic weapons and body armor.

I wouldn’t be surprised to find that out of the 40+ claimed “swattings” he was subjected to less than 5 that would qualify as a swat team response. Which would go a long way to show that the police did indeed temper their response to later calls to his house.

I would love to see the exact breakdown of all the calls to his house and how many qualify as a real swat team response.

(Which, incidentally, is each instance chronicled in the court filing? I haven't had a chance to dig into it yet.)
No, he jumps around like crazy. He lists first occurrence then six more, except shocker, that 7th one is actually the 18th one. Here's a visual aid:
