4chan literally dying

For the last 2 years 4chan has merely been containment for normalfags that wanted to see where memes and the "internet hate mob" came from, they permabanned based on idealogy, they permabanned based on DOST, they permabanned based on raids and brigading, so its a toothless tiger now half filled with tumblrinas and redditors.

That would actually be pretty awesome. Someone who couldn't be fucked with and could weather the financial issues, and who isn't a swindling con artist.

Welp, that was fast. Though I can't really tell if he was 100% serious about the whole thing or he actually changed his mind. I think I'll go with the safe route and believe he was trolling us the whole time.

Considering boards that would be missed, I'd miss /tg/ due to somethings I found funny unless archives manage to stay up. If those were gone too, then I'd miss something like the Elf Slayer Chronicles.

Reddit was devolving into the next 4chan for years anyway. The only advantage on 4chan was being able to post annonymously but with throwaway accounts on Reddit not being policed outside of where personal account info would be exchanged, even that is gone.
