No one can say that.
Sure most people who happily live within the law can generally assume they are not likely to face prison, but shit happens.

One can end up facing prison over something like a traffic accident, unwittingly being involved in fraud, or even trying to cover up a crime for a loved one.

Fatrick doesn’t seem to get it, but he is probably more likely than the average person at this moment in time, to face prison.
