I would be if it was real life, but Elden Ring is a video game. And tbh I'm very happy that the player can even choose a female PC (and doesn't penalize you for doing so) in Elden Ring; pre-Gamergate, that was a rare feature and it usually caused guys like you to seethe about it not being "realistic" (again, in a video game.) So the fact that they labeled the body types 1 and 2 is pretty much a nonissue to me.

It's great. It features a lot of improvements in various areas of the game, combat, exploration, etc. But if you prefer a more linear experience then it's not the game for you since the map is very big and mostly nonlinear.
