The American Child Torture Industry: Cons and Cults Disguised as Schools - Because Discord and Roblox aren't bad enough.

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Please tell me how to make a structured environment for you so you'll never make retarded posts mischaracterizing well documented torture as negative incentives and discontinue being a faggot derailing a thread because you were spanked too much.
You should write whichever jailschool summer camp you broke out of a thank you note for taking the virginity you were unable to give away.

I have to assume that’s what happened, because otherwise there’s absolutely no excuse for your emotional investment and the effort you spend guntguarding the comments under your favorite topic.

You have tranny-tier obsession, like you expect to achieve climax if you say “torture” enough times, but my nigger in Christ, dramatic repetition doesn’t work well outside of poetry

Edit to add:
Holy shit, this topic is your submission in the first place, AND you’re being a massive quivering cunt, ackchuallying your way around the comments.

It appears Narvin Lichfield, notorious child torturer and terrible singer, son of the founder of WWASPS, killed himself yesterday after being outed as a child torturer and terrible singer.

In a very Kiwi turn of events, it appears this gigantic faggot has faked his death, or, someone put up a fake obituary. Nevertheless, dated today, he posted the following wall of text on Facebook:

The original post, should it stay up, is here:

Also of note is the fact that his own daughter got a restraining order against him in 2018:

And his own son approached a WWASPS survivors group:

Fucking lol.

Not sure where to post a picture of this disgusting piece of shit so I'm sticking it here since he's a stupid fat faggot who can't sing and I would not have sex with him.

Here's this faggot badly dancing by himself

OK maybe he is a fucking horror lolcow

White White Anglo-Saxon Protestant Saxons?
World Wide Association of Specialty Schools and Programs. (Also they're Mormons)

To tl;dr the OP - it's a network of scams that masquerade as whatever kind of school gets a parent to sign the kid away that hinges on MLM style marketing and cult-like tactics to make the owners a shit ton of money. Along the way it happens to abuse tens or hundreds of thousands of children, harbor pedophiles, and make ridiculous, evil faggots like the Lichfields fabulously wealthy.

WWASPS isn't the be all end all, and it's definitely past its heyday. The wider industry has its tentacles wrapped around Mitt Romney's germophobic dick and reaches into the politically powerful and connected. Consider the thankfully now dead Mel Sembler, known to many as a former ambassador and fundraiser for the GOP, with ties to Mitt Romney and Scooter Libby, made a lot of money for himself and his proteges by founding and operating Drug Free America Foundation, which was also known as the notorious Straight Incorporated.

This topic is worth its own subforum. There is always more, and it's always worse, but hopefully this time the word getting out won't go out like a flash in the pan.

At any rate, I wonder if Club 90 lets you sing The Wall.

What the hell is it with this country and cults?
That one is easy. The Puritans were a cult. So our traditions of “religious freedom” were designed to foment cults.

It’s also why in Europe, attempts to set up a troubled teen industry have failed quickly. European countries have much stronger laws concerning the rights of the child. This may change as Muzzies take over.

And for better or for worse, their tax structure doesn’t protect cults. If churches were taxed, the glowies at the IRS could easily play the game of “we couldn’t prove your Mormon offshoot is abusing kids, so we’re going to get you on tax evasion”.

  • Costa Rica - Raided by authorities on May 22, 2003, after an investigation into child abuse. The property was later purchased by a company looking to turn it into a resort, but as of 2022 the only building remaining onsite is the former OP (solitary isolation) building.
  • Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico - Investigated and shut down by the Mexican government after allegations of abuse; raided by Mexican authorities on September 10, 2004;[13] as of 2022 it was reverted to its original status as a motel run by a local family.[14]
  • Tecate, Baja California, Mexico - Investigated and shut down by the Mexican government after allegations of abuse;[14] its current status is unknown, but some of the buildings remain.
  • Costa Rica - Closed in March 2011.[17] Mentor was housed in the former Hotel Carara near Tárcoles and was headed by Robert Walter Lichfield. There were approximately 20 U.S. teenagers enrolled at the time of closure. It was closed by Costa Rican child welfare authorities on March 18, 2011, following complaints of abuse by parents of enrollees. At the time of closure, it was reported that the program had not been licensed by Costa Rican authorities. Officials who visited the facility reported that "physical, psychological and verbal mistreatment" were "apparent".[18] The property has since been abandoned.
  • Brno, Czech Republic - Opened in 1998 and closed later that year when Czech police arrested its managers (Glenda and Steven Roach, married former police officers from Salt Lake City who would later go on to open Sunrise Beach in Mexico) and charged them with child torture.[21][22] After the Roaches' arrest and deportation the facility reverted to being a hotel.
  • Western Samoa - Shut down by Samoan authorities because an investigation determined credible allegations of abuse[23] After its closure it reopened under the same name as a luxury resort for weddings, but it was later destroyed by a storm. The property is currently abandoned.
  • Cancún, Mexico - Opened by Glenda and Steven Roach after they were deported from the Czech Republic, the facility was raided and closed by Mexican authorities in 1996 over abuse; it currently operates as a hotel.[28]
  • Treasure Beach, Jamaica - Subject of several documentaries detailing severe abuse; closed in January 2009. The property currently serves the Jamaican Police as a training center after it was briefly used as a COVID quarantine center for people entering the country from abroad.[31]
I should add this to the American hate thread. These parasites are not content with spreading degeneracy in their own country - no! they must invade other states and corrupt foreign children!

Well this thread and the documentary completely ruined my day. Thank you for bringing it to light. I'm not sure I'd have seen it otherwise. I've heard stories of these places for years but I had no idea they were still operating in the numbers they are. Holy shit the people who own and operate these facilities are bug fuck evil. Parents that send their kids to these hell holes aren't much better.
I don't know where the meme of "hard/tough/character building/blah blah blah" came from and how it lingers but it's bullshit.
I think I can shed some light on this. In my experience this is a very boomer mindset. I was raised by and around a lot of boomers and they all thought this way. Basically, if you want your kids to act better or do better in school just beat the fuck out of em and if it doesn't work you're not beating em hard enough. Combine this with boomers not wanting to parent their kids and you have a recipe for disaster. I think in their mind what their kids went through wasn't that bad. They're overexaggerating what happened and in the long term it was good for them. They can't face the fact they paid tens of thousands of dollars to have their kids tortured and broken.
I do think that struggles are good for kids as it helps them become mentally strong and resilient. But there is a world of difference between struggling and learning to get through hardships and being fucking mentally and physically tortured for years a time. I can't blame that girl for not wanting to talk to her dad. If I sent my kid off somewhere only to find out they weren't allowed to contact me in anyway except maybe a phone call once a month I'd be pulling my kid out so fucking fast.

Part of the process in uncovering great injustices of the world is frustration or even rage. Usually comes on with a whirlwind of other emotions.

"How can they get away with this?!?"
"Why is no one doing anything about it???"
"Why does no one seem to care when I tell them!?"

And so on. While wishing for these sorts of heinous acts to cease is perfectly fine and well, I would caution against allowing that desire to turn into contempt towards ones fellows for their perceived "apathy" or "indifference" to a cause. Being active in one's own life and ensuring any children (whether theirs, a friend's or family member's, pupils, etc) are afforded measured safety and space to grow is already doing a great service to the world. That is the power each individual holds in this situation, and I would caution against underestimating it.

When I was in high school, I was told by the school counselor not to get involved when another kid said her dad beats her. I was absolutely floored.

Then again, it's the same school counselor that recommended my mother send me to fat camp, so maybe that's not really surprising. Neither him nor my homeroom advisor seemed to really give a shit about the whole thing. The latter person even wanted that diet book I got.

Fucking assholes...

[Emphasis mine]

This is good advice, but easier said than done. My personal moral compass does not let me do that. I literally cannot respect people who just shrug this off and meh it away. I cannot stop myself from being infuriated that the same people who blew me off for literal decades are now jabbering about it because everyone else is because a talking box said so. Even in a situation where someone is certainly sacrificing their ability to respect or fit in with or want to be around most people, it's worth it - what's another bitter lonely adult if it saves even one kid, right?

Well, I did that! For years! I still remember, all these years later, the first kid I got out of a program by deprogramming a parent. I still remember that 1:30 am call. I still remember hearing about the bruises, the non-stop crying, and drugs in the kid's system. And, yes, it just so happens to have been someone from Carolina Springs.

Fuck you, Narvin.

At the far end of it, having seen the apathy lead to more abuse and profiteering, society fuck up due to apathy and atomization, and excuses given to people for moral cowardice lead to everything being worse, I would say that we need to inculcate a sense of duty and moral imperative in people again, and the sooner, the better.

There's also the fact that ultimately your advice comes down to "don't put yourself in a position to see people fail a test of their morality." This isn't just planning for failure, this is planning on failure. With respect, I would say the path forward is for moral obligations to come back to society. We have seen what happens when we're "polite" and don't confront people, or authority. Besides, we already have the shitlib half of the country going around screeching about microaggressions or -ists and -isms non stop and language and thought policing people and censoring society itself - just like a mother fucking program!

Fuck you too, Liz.

I'd rather see and know the truth of people and if that means I drink alone, fuck it. A better society than this is possible, but I don't know how much of me would be left to see it even if things started improving right now. Forgive me if I'd like to have a swig of hemlock now instead of later.

Would it be a contradiction of my morals to say that programs for boomers might be justified? /sneed

If there are those outright concentration camp cults, there are surely many more hellish -- or just crappy or somewhat scammy -- youth and young adult programs in the USA.

It's a fuckmothering industry. They're all over! And, yes, a Mormon's involved with the umbrella corp that owns the lion's share of them. Bain Capital owns a chain of more 'medical-ey' programs. Yes, R-Money himself, the germophobe faggot.

When I was in high school, I was told by the school counselor not to get involved when another kid said her dad beats her. I was absolutely floored.

Wow. I thought nothing would surprise me anymore.

Did you ever get your diet/fitness where you want it, at least, after all that shit?

I should add this to the American hate thread. These parasites are not content with spreading degeneracy in their own country - no! they must invade other states and corrupt foreign children!

Should you do this, make sure to emphasize that foreign programs for American teens were always closed by the authorities of the host nation. Thankfully, local kids didn't get sucked in. The parents didn't have enough money, nor any way to get qualified for the education loans. Yes, my friends, Sallie Mae was an unwitting party to this shit.

lol

Yes. The Crown wanted the next Cromwell or Guy Fawkes to fuck off to the colonies.
I heard that local Native Americans were appalled by how violent Puritans were to children.

In my experience this is a very boomer mindset.
Which may have come from a Puritan mindset.

They're all over!
In older issues of National Geographic from around the mid 20th century, one can see a lot of ads at the end for military schools. How many of those were abusive hellholes?

Probably? But not to this degree.

Military schools were, quite literally, schools for little would be officers. Sure, many were abusive to any sane standard, but to a program's level? No.

Hell no.

It's always been kind of interesting to me how people have such different views, and they all wanna enforce their morals on you. The counselor had told me about seeing a parent being verbally abusive to their kid, but he said he didn't get involved because he wasn't their counselor, so it was none of his business. I think the philosophy was that you could end up making shit worse for them.

Not really. I gained all the weight back and then some. I don't eat Mickey Ds all the time - I just overeat and love sugar. There were kids at that camp that were shocked that Mickey Ds was bad for you and I'm like, "Are you serious?" Actually a lot of the kids there claimed to have some family trauma that made them overeat to the point of obesity, and I only know that because we were told we could tell our stories during group meetings. I don't think fat camp is really going to help people get over issues like seeing a sibling commit suicide or having one get abducted and brainwashed to not believe they were part of the girl's family. That's assuming it wasn't all fabricated, but still.

The weirdest part is that the camp's session ended with us lighting candles in a cabin chanting about "The Sisterhood". I wish I was making that up. I jokingly thought we were going to summon uberfat Satan or something stupid like that. I guess that's what happens when your program is partially overseen by a True Believer who thinks anyone who does the program is "part of an elite club." Either she watched too many teen movies, or she was genuinely psychotic.
