I must disagree. Let's look at some examples from history; the list is very incomplete, I'll only list ones I played.
1. Laura Bow series - female protagonist.
2. King's Quest IV - female protagonist.
3. Leisure Suit Larry V - you alternate between male and female protagonist.
4. Alone in the Dark - you can pick between male and female protagonist.
5. Metroid - female protagonist.
6. Silent Hill 3 - female protagonist.
7. All Infinity Engine RPGs aside from Planescape - you can pick gender.
8. All Fallouts, starting from 1997 - you can pick gender,
9. All post-Infinity RPGs (KotORs, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, Arcanum, VtM: Bloodlines) - you can pick gender.
10. Jedi Academy - you can pick gender.
11. Resident Evil 1 and 2 - male and female protagonist to choose.
12. Gabriel Knight 2 and 3 - you alternate between male and female protagonist.
It would be a waste of time to list every obscure game in which you can play as a woman - so I picked the more well-known ones - but as you can see it wasn't uncommon and all those games were loved and are cherished to this day.

I sadly think this is the case. Unless you have a super autistic criteria for games to meet (like Jagged Alliance 1.13 tier) you'll probably just learn to ignore the bullshit or point it out for a laugh. I saw Synthetic Man referenced and he's a prime example. He buys these shit games, points out and laughs at the bullshit that's included and goes on with his day. Most right wingers probably now just have a laugh, make some references to memes and continue playing the game without much thought.

I believe Vegas grabs the frame RIGHT before where the clip is. I usually will split a video, edit some shit and then render the small clip and the thumbnail is usually the full-sized, un-cropped frame directly from the "left" (read:before) the segment I'm rendering. Hope this helps!

For the most part, that's how i roll. I don't play many new titles anymore, my hardware is old, but when i do, it honestly has to hit like Ass Effect Andromeda. Which i bought around release. Then quit, because the woke plague made it virtually unplayable. Couldn't even laugh at it, its just bad.

It was never about if female characters existed, it was wether or not they passed the Bechdel Test, and if you proved they did, then the goalposts were just moved again. It wasn't about females and games, it was about ruining things for male nerds, because they were allowed to go unmolested for too long, some Staceys believed.

And that's why they lose. Instead of just saying no, and not buying it, they do anyways. This tells the companies that at worst they'll have to put up with some memes on Xitter and YouTube, but they'll still get their sales, and funding for the next one, but will inch a little closer to the "really bad stuff" next time.

This problem goes beyond just video games.

Once women like this get to their 30's, and they start to lose their looks, they're going to have a really hard time finding a man that's willing to look past the shitty tattoos, messed up fruity loops hair, and the 5 kids all from separate fathers. When your ONLY selling point is sex, eventually you will have nothing.

Anybody who proudly brags about a cocaine habit has no fucking moral ground to stand on, and should never lecture people on morals, or anything for that matter. From how the peasants who grow the shit are forced to work for a pittance, to the multitude of horrendous deaths it causes on the cocaine pipeline, to the social issues it causes within our own communities. Honestly, how can this vapid bitch rail a line of cocaine, watch a cartel video or read a narco blog and then turn around and say "That Brazilian who made a steam list not advising people about forced political agendas, yeah, he and white people are the evil ones!"?

Honestly this is the most frustrating thing about this California/Canada forced woke messaging. The people who are trying to paint the majority of people as terrible are actually worse than terrible, they're abysmal and morally bankrupt. I can understand when a priest or a nun, who spend their time in soup kitchens feeding the poor and other acts of charity, tell me I may be doing something morally wrong. I may not agree but I can understand and accept it. But from someone who proudly brags about taking a drug which is a direct product from organizations (i.e. cartels) who torture and kill people (including children), practice slavery and human trafficking (of the coca farmers and sex workers) and openly engage in child prostitution and the production of child pornography; that does get on my nerves. Hope her next dose is spiked with fentanyl in which case we can finally say the cartels did something morally right.
