Pretty sure that's real. If it was a forrems rascal, it'd have at least a few inside jokes in there and would've been posted much sooner. Plus the story for how the guy found it by Googling something else checks out.
People have speculated that him being advised there to hire a "digital investigator" is how Jackie came onto the scene. I dunno if the times match up but I've always heavily suspected that pig is paying Jackie. She managed to somehow grift her way into working for the Biden administration for a period of time so convincing Milwaukee's most retarded pig to hire her as an "expert" to help his case would be no issue I'm sure.

Even if someone did submit a copyright for his piece of shit book, he has literally no money to fund discovery let alone another lolsuit. I assume the suing MPD thing is strictly on contingency, and that he did not tell them the entire story or show them any of the video or audio of the incidents. They are thinking they are going to have a slam dunk case on the cops, when really they are going to be made fools of. Assuming the lawyers don't drop the case when they get around to doing any research at all.
Plus I'm relatively certain you have to prove intent to some extent or another, and unless the In The Black video game has copious mentions of a sinister billionaire with bad hair named Fonald Blump, he won't be able to prove it.

I'm sure they could do it. Not only they've released TWO entire books just to mock Pat, they also created a full video game making fun of the Cumias.
A scifi show would be a piece of cake.
Josiah 5 is the most obvious source, but I'm sure I can find a LOT of potential gold in other places.
If anyone would be kind enough to suggest me simple programs to extract and edit audio, I could probably create a large library of Fat's oinks for us.
But it needs to be something very newbie-oriented, because I'm a Pat-level mongoloid when it comes to computers in general.
If he tries that, I'm sure there's no way it could be used against him as well...

Also, the best book that Pat paid to have ghostwritten, The Ark, is not at all original; there is a book from 08 call the The Ark that's about an Ark spaceship. There are like 10 other books with the title The Ark.
His book Starship Repo was definitely ghostwritten by someone different, though I will concede that fatty did probably write 2-3 pages worth of that book. Doubtful someone from India has TDS.

Take the source, select the clip based on wave form look, copy, paste as new.

Never once did Patrick ever say "leave me alone I do not wish to be contacted." He may arguably do this, or did, with his copy paste, but even that's invalidated with the introduction of "you are mentally ill stalker. You are going to prison stalker." I do not know if he ever simply said "do not contact me, or this may constitute telephone harassment."
