I've lurked on this thread for a few months now but I've never really posted to a forum so my formatting may be off. Sorry in advance. Staph is a dead ringer for schizotypal personality disorder. She only recently (in the last few years) claimed to be autistic after stating numerous times that her childhood psychologists said she only had symptoms.
I unfortunately have a lot of experience around various mental illnesses- no, she doesn't really show a lit of the signs. She's also not autistic, she pretends she is to get away with bad behavior.
Schizophrenic-type disorders are more than delusions, you can have delusions from lack of sleep (common when fat, or even anti depressant medications) however, what she has, I think, is similar to Chris- a tulpa. She manifested what she wanted and now she tricked her brain into believing its real. Despite sounding the same, it's not schizophrenia.
If she had any similar disorder in that vein, it goes like this: 1) they will have conversations with half the context missing, believing you already know the other half.
2) she wouldn't be half as coherent during an episode. Because despite what media represents, very few schizophrenics see completely fully formed, real looking images 24/7, usually it's shadows in the corner of your eye, whispers that sound right behind you. Women are more likely to hear voices, they're much less likely to see things. Visual psychosis is actually the rarer one, because it takes so many things in your brain to go wrong to have it happen. Shadows are easier to see, and it's easier for your brain to trick you with.
Coherency plays a very big part in this, because they'd be very, VERY distracted by the voices. It's incredibly hard to think with it, and you can have the voices 24/7, you just might not understand them. Basically, envision a crowded library where everyone is whispering, that's the "quiet" time for the disorder.
3) she would have... not a pattern, but more than one delusion. Terry A davis believed glowies were after him, all blacks were glowies and that he heard messages from god.
Daniel Larson believes he is talking to and in a relationship with a girl on tik tok, he also believes hes a famous, world renowned composer.
Virgo rouge believes she is gods gift to earth as a musician, that she is a genius, that shes wealthy as hell, etc etc. They have obsessions that reinforce itself, basically.
Yarrows are much more discombobulated and more in line with general interests.

-shes a witch because Druid
She's a satanist
She believes in odin, Loki and Thor, but hel in that theology is basically normie afterlife, where literally everyone goes, not a place of torment. She hasn't specified this.
-she claims to be a succubus, something taken from christian mythology, leading credance to believing in a christian hell.
-she believes Bastet, an egyptian goddess, yet barely knows anything but surface stuff she still gets wrong.
-she thinks she is in a relationship with serial killers and a pop singer she "changed".
-she thinks she's a femboy.
Absolutely none of these things play off themselves in any connecting way. Schizos tend to have a very real, fleshed out world. They can never explain it because they assume you experience it like they do, so they don't have to tell you what it's like. Everyone sees the floating frog in the subway! Shit like that.
I understand why it's done, I just really don't like when people bring up psychosis, because it furthers the misunderstandings of the actual disease and also make it seem much less serious than it is.
Edit: forgot to add: I'd believe she has a personality disorder, something that helps her shift blame off herself. I won't pretend to know what one, but narcissism can be a good one that helps reinforce that it wasn't HER that did it! Makes it easy to blame on ghosts and the like, and if you say it isn't real, you're calling her a liar, so she'll double down and insist it is until her dying breath. The sky is green and water is pink god dammit!
And while she does have a lot of the symptoms (reduced emotional regulation, lack of empathy, childish thinking, strong emotional reactions to people challenging her, opposing authority, downright delusional thinking, never accepting consequences, and 100 other things) I can't in good conscience say that's what she has for 100% certainty. She could just have an under developed brain with narcissistic-like tendancies, but not full blown. Damage from drug use in the womb can do that. She could also just be overly sheltered and never faced proper consequences like the teflon tard, mixed with room temp iq (and lets face it, I think we can all agree on that) resulting in the monster we see today.
