Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

@BigGuyOS 6 : Jovial Janny Thank you so much for sharing this, though I’m annoyed the video upload itself is via Tony and the comments are thus full of smooth-brained sycophants. Very happy to hear Prisha getting to discuss this with politicians somewhere other than a courtroom with protestors yelling at her.

We all have our own predictions and hopes for how the trans bubble will pop, but it’s always nice to be able to feel optimistic for change sooner rather than later!

No, they did not Snaggle Tooth. They merely denied a request for a stay. Learn how to read asshole!

Chinese new year is February 10th, and the year of the TERF is still going strong in some places.

Utah governor Spencer Cox signed in a law a bathroom bill [A]. In a pseudo win for trannies, they now must have had bottom surgery to use the opposite sex's bathroom.
Trannies are celebrating as Cuckserative Iowa decides not to remove 'gender identity' [A] from their Civil Rights Act. It's worth noting trannies would still be protected, the law just moved them under the disability category with the protected label 'gender dyphoria'. As funny as that would be, it would give troons access to additional gibs, welfare, and (likely) require employers accommodate their transition.

Transgenders in Florida can no longer change their gender on their driver's licence [A]

In Texas, a judge had blocked the implementation of their law protecting kids from transgender drugs and surgery. Today, the Texas Supreme Court lifted the injunction [A], indicating the challenge brought against the law will likely fail.

I've never understood gender identity as a protected class. I mean, for reasons other than it being a nonsense idea with no evidence of its existence. If we assume that gender identities are real (and we ignore enbies), trannies have the same gender identities as normal people, they just don't match their biological reality. When I don't let a TiM into the women's bathroom I'm not discriminating against him based on his gender identity, I let real women in there despite having the same gender identity and I let him into the men's bathroom with the other men despite them having the opposite gender identity. Gender identity is clearly not the trait I am discriminating against, it's sex. If anything I would be discriminating by gender identity if I didn't allow TiFs into the women's bathroom.

I understand why they don't want to call it sex-based discrimination, because they want to downplay biological sex at all turns and it would give the game away that they're male incels that want access to women's spaces, but why not just ban discrimination based on trans status then?

Not sure which thread to post this in, as it was the result of government legislation, I’m posting it here. Please let me know if it would be better elsewhere, so I’ll know in future.
Calling these boys “immature boys” rather than heroes just shows what an absolute cuck the male principal is.

Even though he’s 34 now, my oldest son would have been the kid pulling the machine off the wall…and I would have backed his actions all the way!

Seriously, pay for 30 more teachers a year and tell the boys when they unexpectedly start their period to go to the school nurse, who you’re already paying for anyway.

The State of Alabama has completely destroyed WPATH before the US Supreme Court

Brief of the State of Alabama
They have definitely done the reading. Just from the source list, they've cited Abigail Shrier, Jamie Reed, Colin Wright, Genevieve Gluck, Hannah Barnes, Leor Sapir, Stephen Levine, Michael Bailey...... No Jesse Singal, tho, rip to him.

Interesting that they argue the case is being rushed up the pole to avoid discovery. Alabama says it has 2.3 million pages of stuff it has found that is under a protective order and that it can't share yet.

Was hoping they'd bring up eunuchs in the brief, and they sure as shit did!

Did the mental midgets at the ACLU just unwittingly throw WPATH and the Endocrine Society under the bus?

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Virginia is suing the Virginia Department of Education on behalf of two transgender students living in the Commonwealth.

A spokesperson for the ACLU claimed the students have been harmed by Virginia Department of Education’s “2023 Model Policies” and has called on the courts to get rid of them.

One of the students in the lawsuits lives in Hanover County, whose school district has implemented its own policies regarding the treatment of transgender students and was previously sued by the ACLU of Virginia in 2022.

The original policies were adopted in 2021 under previous Virginia Governor Ralph Northam and revised under current Governor Glenn Youngkin, changing how school districts treat transgender and nonbinary students.

The executive director of Equality Virginia, Narissa Rahaman, said the group applauds the ACLU for challenging the policies.

“The 2023 model policies are not evidence-based, you know, they don’t take into consideration all of the data and research that exists out there to create safe and affirming learning environment for students,” Rahaman said.

ACLU sues Virginia Department of Education over rights of transgender students

Now the ACLU bears the burden of proving that WPATH and Endocrine Society standards are actually both evidence based and best practices. They will be woefully unable to carry that burden.

Seems legit ....

Transgender Muslim inmate serving 55 years for killing baby files $150K lawsuit for not being allowed to wear hijab

A transgender inmate serving a 55-year sentence for strangling her 11-month-old stepdaughter to death filed a civil lawsuit against the prison chaplain for allegedly prohibiting her from wearing a hijab outside her immediate bed quarters, despite identifying as Muslim.

Autumn Cordellionè, also known as Jonathan C. Richardson, is currently serving out her sentence at the Branchville Correctional Facility, an Indiana Department of Correction state prison for men.

According to the lawsuit filed Nov. 30 and obtained by Fox News Digital, a prison chaplain told Cordellionè the hijab was not allowed to be worn outside her immediate bed area.

Cordellionè is seeking $150,000 in damages and the ability to wear the hijab “anywhere I go within the facility.”

Just a weird meaningless anecdote, but I have seen tampon machines in men’s facilities a couple of times.

The first I think was just a mistake, no one seemed to know why it was there and it didn’t get filled.
The second was in a bar that had previously had a mixed toilet. A couple of cubicles were female only, but of course this had been abused so the place was forced to make a separate toilet for women. As the urinals were in this one, this one became the male one.
No one removed the machine and some staff claimed it was handy so that guys could get their girlfriend a tampon without having to go to a chemists.

But neither of these cases was a bold “inclusive” statement.

More commonly however, I have noticed the specific tampon bins in male toilet cubicles too.
Some places are just overzealous on the hygiene standards it seems.

A melanated South Carolina man who killed a tranny to hide that he was gay was just convicted of the first "gender identity" federal hate crime in the USA. This is likely a harbinger of things to come.
I don't know how to feel about this. I usually buy the "trans panic defense", which is an immediate reaction to being raped or being the target of attempted rape, but this homeboy knew he was porking another man, kept coming back for it and murdered "Pebbles" (how do you settle on a fuckin' Flintstones name when you get to pick a new identity?) so his buddies didn't think he was a fag or sum sheeeit. This was premeditated murder, plain and simple.

I'm not huge on the "hate crime" aspect of punishment, all first degree murder should be equal without regard to inferred motive, but what King Daquarius Ja'Rell Williams III did here ain't right.

We know.

They still will act like this isn't any different from a rape victim who killed his crossdressing would-be-rapist in the heat of the moment.

They're still (rightfully) damning him, but for the wrong reasons.

The man premeditated murder. He was fuckin' someone he didn't want to be caught fuckin' and he eliminated the strongest witness (the troon he was fuckin'). He killed another man in cold blood and it wasn't even defensible under a "spur-of-the-moment" crime of passion. He will forever be known as a "transphobe" rather than a cold blooded premeditated murderer and this makes me angry.
