This is likely obvious, but I think Nick is experiencing a midlife crisis.
It seems like he wants to be perceived as young and hip, to his detriment.
His discussion of sexuality is unappreciated, because he's a schlubby mid 40s man, he's not someone that people want to be thinking about having sex, he's almost like a relative in that regard. You know that it does happen, but you don't want to be reminded of this fact.
A well-adjusted person gets this, but Nick is partly trying to delude himself into thinking he's still a stud in his prime, and that cognitive dissonance is a good portion of why people are getting frustrated with him.

This isn't even accounting for the very clear drinking problem he's so wisely cultivating.

If he isn't careful, he will end up a divorced dad buying a muscle car and trying to pick up chicks at a college bar.
Be careful for what you wish for Nick, you might get it.

Maybe for April Fool's the thread should get renamed to "The ElissaClipiverse" or some such. It would absolutely piss Nick off to know he's only as valuable as the woman clipping his show.
It would be funnier if it got moved back to "Internet Famous" and reset back to page 950. And we all pretend we like him and his show.

as i see it, there's two reasons for why people dont appreciate his coomer talk
#1) his audience are right wing social conservatives. this audience generally is not interested in hearing anyone pontificate about their ~sexuality~ who isn't their own spouse.
#2) he is married with children so him discussing ~sexuality~ in public is a breach of trust and a show of disrespect towards his wife, and a source of embarassment for his children. both reflect badly on his character.

also, bonus reason number 3: internet and media in general are massively oversaturated with sexuality content already, so there's fatigue.

I think he's got the "buying an expensive car" part of his midlife crisis covered already. And Nick's gay, so college-age women have nothing to worry about. College-age men, on the other hand...

Yup… Some things about Nick never changed: Like his pretend Christianity was always there, and was his weird and childish ODD.

But the cooming was definitely new and not something he just kept a lid on before.

He went from: “Me and my wife don’t have any naked pics of each other” to “So me and miss Rackets posted a pic of our ass on Locals yesterday…” in like a year or two.

If you accept his theory that people wanted him as an e-daddy it's simply that people in general do not really want to think at the very least about parental figure's sex life especially, never mind most normal people just don't want to know about anybody else's sex life.

Even those that do want to know would probably only do so for attractive people, not someone who looks like the crypt keeper on meth and your bog standard plastic surgery victim with some Jamaican dude in a green thong and top hat.

Two expensive cars, lest we forget.

I don't know if anyone's noticed, but Nick doesn't appear to be big on picking up social cues.
Nah you're right. I think Nick being exposed to the broader internet and how he's responding to it is interesting. It's like a microcosm of what happens IRL with the internet but condensed into a few years.

After reviewing @elb's clips for the weel, I'm optimistic for the future if this is what the new Nick intends to bring to the table.

For the first time in a while that I can recall, I agree with Nick. I do find the prospect of YouTube and Rumble competing for his services "funny".

Wait… The day before yesterday he said that the Rumble flip won’t be a part of it, doesn’t have to do it, blah blah.

And yesterday he DID the rumble flip. Did… Did he do it just to “own” the farms and the people laughing at him about the contract?!

Surely Rekieta isn’t that much of an oppositional tard, right?!
Yes. That is almost certainly what is happening: he is pretending to have a Rumble contract because he's afraid of reading people mocking him in the comments of Elissa Clips and his thread on Kiwi Farms.

I thought it was too much to ask for, but it sure seems like he lost his contract but is actually going to pretend to not have lost it. There's a couple funny ways I can see this ending, but the most likely is him drunkenly staring at a very specific part of the ceiling and suddenly snapping about how you know what as a mattah of fact HE was the one who walked away from Rumble because they suck!

In November he was sass-eating a Dorito at the prospect of renewing his contract, in January he refused to say he had a new contract, but insisted his contract had not expired, and now that March 1st has rolled around, he refuses to even say that.

Man I wonder what happened right at the end of February where suddenly all of the obligations he used to have under his contract are suddenly gone at the end of the month. I'm sure it's not a contract expiry. Who would let NICK REKIETA slip through their fingers? I'm sure Rumble, facing shareholder pressure to break even, said, "Keep giving this man money, but stop demanding anything in return!"

No arguments here about the culture of Nick's locals. I never paid but would look in some time ago, it was a shit show even then.

I just can't tell from that message if it's in reference to technical issues (which are happening site-wide), or hurt fee-fees.

Definitely technical issues was the gripe.

His Locals (in its current state) is genuinely a waste of time, so if he's still getting paid flat fees from the company to keep it, then that's the only reason to maintain it... perhaps the Locals gives him an out as he can keep tabs on his "community" without having to stream as much and that gives him more leeway (in his wet brain state) to neglect his brand.

He never got paid by LOCALS. His 'contract' was that they kept the money from donations and subscriptions then gave it to him at the end of the month so they could count it as revenue in their bottom line.

They should have spent all that money they gave Nick on actual programmers. People are looking to get off of Youtube you don't have to throw money at imbeciles to get people to your platform, you just have to make your shit work properly, it's not rocket surgery but apparently to Rumble it is.

It is hard to build something from scratch tk compete with an established platform. They do seem a bit of pound foolish, but I am not trying to knock them too hard.

You are right though that people will get a bad taste in their mouth with glitches.

It was' do not have nudes on devices connected to the Internet', not a total ban on having them, but I get your point.

EDIT: Unfortunately, I can't find the video containing the statements I referred to earlier, so I'm going to change this entire post to my apology for not doing my due diligence before proper posting. If I'm able to find the video, I will gladly archive & post it for posterity.

He talks excessively about sex to women because he's covering for being a faggot. It's super obvious. People who do that are either virgins in high school who are insecure about it, or closeted gays who don't want the uncool stigma of being gay. He's too uptight and narcissistic to play the unfazed pansexual degenerate like Dick.

Okay, I scoured Rackets' old streams, and found at least PART of what I was talking about earlier. Unfortunately, it's pretty weak-sauce without the other portion, but there's only so much Rackets I can stand listening to, so...

In this video (timestamp 21:00 in case it doesn't start there), a superchatter asked Nick if he wipes his ass standing up or sitting down. Now, either because he's showing a lack of filter regarding what to share or because it's the first indications of his humiliation fetish, he went ahead and answered the question. (I could have sworn the superchat also asked about the direction of the wiping, but I couldn't find that part anywhere nearby. Maybe my mind was playing tricks on me, or maybe it was much later in the vid...)

(Also, love the subject matter of the stream... Ah, the simpler times when Rackets could make fun of LanDUI... If only we could have peered into the future, we might have heard Nick's liver crying out in pain as it dies...)
