Discord bans servers purely on the amount of reports they get. Small time pedo servers fly under the radar because none of the members will report anything. Public servers have to have extremely active moderation otherwise they'll inevitably get fucked.

Mass reporting on discord is almost a guaranteed way to get a server banned. Might be powerleveling a bit, but I used to run a large server. We did our best to stay within ToS but when we got in the sights of another large server that didn't like us, their mass reporting got us banned (multiple times).
I don't think discord actually checks reported content much, other than for things like CSAM. It's all about volume of reports for them.

I think we have our first lolcow of Gamergate 2.0 with Alyssa Mercante. She's a fucking hack who writes insane blogs and shares way too much personal information. We have insane blogs she wrote going back to 2011ish where she complains about being in customer service whilst being blond and Italian. She is a busted out mess like Anisa Johma, and she seems to have a Fatrick Tomlinson and Keffals like need to try and "own" people on twitter. She definitely has potential, in that Alison Rapp kinda way.
