ngl, it also doesn't help that anonymity has proven to be its own worst enemy. While I know that 4chan was mainly felled by moot cucking out for pussy he was never going to score, when you have a nameless face, ANYONE can be at the reigns. This ranges from how anon used to be a force to be reckoned with to how glowies have been able to infiltrate and sabotage the so called "internet hate machine". It's true that when you're a force of nature, at that point no one can fuck with you, but when reality sets in and you're just one person, everything falls back on you.

At the same time, if you are on a place where you're more or less allowed to be who you are and still have an identity, like outside, that's actually more power in that through old fashioned community building, which is what drones and yesmen do not like. Other places where there is no clause of being who you are because doing so is abrasive to everyone else sucking dick to oil the machine eventually causes lolcowdom.
