Actually Im pretty sure she gave him a very clumsy and short test drive when she came over for Christmas.

To both Phil’s and Khat’s relief, their “spouse” haven’t asked for sexy time ever since.

Wouldn’t at all be surprised if Phil’s idea of a “mahture” relationship is that you have wed when you want to get pregnant, and if it succeeds you never touch the other person again.

Holy shit people saying his channel is trash really touches him. He has pulled this "I'm ignoring all my critics saying the channel is bad because I have improved dood!" arguement out of his ass several times the last couple months, and it is the exact same.

A) My thumbnails are better, they aren't just a screengrab YouTube decides. Not really Phil, some dent just does slave labor and spends five minutes in MS Paint putting your face on the main protagonist of whatever game you are streaming.
B) My titles have improved. Yeah, sur ebud, because 'Like a Dragon Ishin Pt 47. TONS of fun and EXPLORATION, SECRETS revealed? Bugs!!!' is not as retarded as 'Like a Dragon Ishin Pt 47.'
C) Camera, set up, etc. All crap that got donated to you you fucking retard. Your DENTS did all the work, not you!
D) I do optional side content that is meaningful and relevent. So a sidequest in Tear of the Kingdom is irrelevent garbage and detracts from the quality of the game and the stream, but spending 2 hours in a fucking card game in FF7 isn't.

Could go on with this but it's fucking delusional how much he's convinced himself he has improved just to validate himself and convince himself the trolls just keep moving goalposts, when we don't give a shit and keep laughing even if he did improve, but he is such a fucking weirdo with his relationship towards detractors he constantly thinks of us.

Also I could be wrong since I don't upload YouTube videos, but can you not schedule uploads for a certain time? He makes it out to be like he'd have to individually upload each video if he wants them in order.

And just like with direct capture, Phil is selling it as a hot new feature rather than the absolute bare minimum.
There is a reason why youtubers don't just upload 1 or 2 1hr gameplay sessions every day, and it's because that format became outdated in like 2014 since most youtubers who did that moved to live streaming and went on doing the same but with a live audience, then they made or had someone just cut those streams into 10 minute videos out of a 3-5 hour session.

Phil lists all the "improvements" he's done even though the only one he actually "does" is the titling, which is the most corporate-sounding garbage imaginable "[Game] PT. ## - LOTS of FUN, continuing the MAIN QUEST! New SUPRISES!?" wow Phil, that's totally how people talk and act. The rest as you said was done by someone else, either because they sent it to him or because they do generic thumbnails with no personality or anything that adds to them. What's the point of adding numbers if all the videos are uploaded in random order?

But to Phil, that's just the optimal way of doing videogame content in 2024. That's what any youtuber with a shred of self-respect would call "raw footage that I have to edit into an actual video". Watching Phil complain about youtubers that uploaded a daily 1 hour video back then but now he expects people to sit through 6 hours raw footage trash every single day tells you everything about how high is his opinion of himself.

Also, you are correct.
You can upload all your videos in bulk and they'll be saved as Drafts until you hit upload. Phil could easily just do that and then publish them in order, but since he uses a template for the description I'm sure he just hits Upload and Publish to all instantly.

He sure is lucky the game is so generous with its ranking points. In most games when you get demoted the game places you about 2/3rds down the rank to where you have to win a few games in a row to get your promotion chance back. This here lets you immediately get in to a promotion match right after ranking down. On the opposite side, if you rank up you get a huge buffer window and are allowed to lose many games in a row without ranking down again.
He'd easily be down 2 or 3 ranks if it wasn't for this.

Remember the 10 minute self-fluffing session on the Copecast from a few days ago about how he's still got it, how "the idiots" are mad that "he's actually doing good at Tekken" and how he's a "good player now" for reaching Purple ranks? Well let's see how this stream went...

HAHAHAHA OH MAN! This is after a 45 minute OT session where he was fucking DESPERATE to eke out at least one W to end the stream on until a Bryan player finally gave it to him. He barely cares or knows even the barest basics of Tekken yet this was the most toxic fighting game stream he's had ever. Even SF6 didn't have him go full salty gorilla mode for the entire stream like this.
