An upcoming guest speaker at the University of Memphis is stirring up controversy.

Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of killing two men and wounding another during a Black Lives Matter rally in Wisconsin in 2020 when he was 17 years old.

Some have stated online they plan to protest the event by signing up for free tickets and then not showing up. They are asking others to do the same, so Rittenhouse will have to address an empty room.

Students and local and state leaders are all weighing in on the guest appearance. They say allowing Rittenhouse to appear on a campus whose student body is 40% black makes students uncomfortable and sends the wrong message.

“I was baffled to be honest. This is clearly an event that is here to incite anger amongst a predominantly black college in a predominantly black city where MLK was killed. They knew what they were doing with this,” said Joe Griz, a University of Memphis student.

Democratic representative Antonio Parkinson says this is a learning experience, arguing that first amendment rights must be upheld for everyone’s sake.

“Whether you like Kyle Rittenhouse or not, I abhor him. However, he is a part of our history now, believe it or not. And so, if you have an opportunity to hear while the person is here, take advantage of that opportunity,” said Parkinson. “I also don’t believe that we should be suppressing freedom of speech. I think that, just as we allow Rittenhouse here, other what would be deemed controversial speakers, those that may be African American or others, should be allowed as well.”

how the fuck this connects to rittenhouse the man ventilated two whites , one pedo and one domestic abuser if my memory serves me right. Do you imply that black men are pedos and domestic abusers?
It's because Rittenhouse defended people against BLM violence. Liberals and blacks literally believe they were entitled to "air their grievances" however they felt during the riots, and Rittenhouse and no right to protect or defend from anyone. They simply believe that their movement should go unopposed, and anything else is oppression.

The ability of The Blacks to dig up shit that happened a hundred years ago as some kind of smackdown never fails to amaze.

It's like certain archaeologists digging up Jerusalem with a shovel in one hand and a Bible in the other, or digging up Troy with a pick in one hand and The Illiad in the other.

It's like they have one book that explains all of history and anything outside that one book is just big-headed scientist shit.

"And on the anniversary of the death of Emmett Till/the burning of Black Wall Street/the assassination of Malcolm X/the integration of Central High School!"

The other day on MSNBC it was 100% the Edmund Pettus Bridge.

It's all so tiresome.
That's one of the reasons they pretend everything is a first of its kind historical event that will never be matched in terms of importance. You can't criticize the nobles during a noble holiday, which at this point is almost every day. Soon there will be no moment in a year which isn't a landmark anniversary of some grievance they can use as a cudgel.

Basically, it's the "Jews make up holidays to get out of work" meme except instead of getting out of work it's being immune to criticism.

" While I too abhor Kyle Rittenhouse, the 1A gives him the right to speak on campus."

"Just like it does for other groups we all hate, such as niggers".

I also think it's because there was massive suppression of the news surrounding the "fiery but mostly peaceful protests" so much so that the average lib thinks that a couple of businesses had rocks thrown through the windows and a couple trash cans were set on fire, not that there was a massive arson spree in two cities and people were beating responding firemen with brick bats.

Powerlevel but I have a good friend who was a reporter for a major news outlet in Sacramento. He was assigned to cover the "protest" there and he had people threaten him with guns, reporters were getting their cameras smashed and stolen, reporters were beaten, and his editor was like "You are not putting any of that in the paper." So the readers the next morning were left with the impression that there was some minor vandalism, not that downtown Sacto turned into Mogadishu overnight. He has since left that job.

Of course not, the Antifa kids are the children of journalists and local politicians., etc. They don't want to incriminate their friends and families.

You should've seen downtown Cleveland when the Supreme Breather protests were going on. Monkey see, monkey go fucking ham.

There were some protests where I live, but nothing big. This is, after all, podunk country. Bum Fuck Egypt.

Well that favorite conservative fantasy didn't happen, but he is broke and fat and probably closeted so I guess killing some random guy on the street didn't exactly pay out as much as it should have.

UNTHUMBNAILED IMAGE UGH

While this was very poorly done, I have to laugh at how they actually decided to smear him.... here's the original, and of course the meme cat lapel pin is another giveway:

edit: this new user is just here to low-effort troll the forum, he went immediately to bashing null in another post after this one so you do the math, probably previously banned

edit2: looks like he got shitcanned

The worst thing is when they are so low effort, it's not even funny. There's literally no value to that kind of trolling whatsoever. Imagine being that butthurt about Rittenhouse, too.
I remember back when everyone was calling Kyle Rittenhouse a white supremacist, which is funny because IIRC, he's mixed-race.

If Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist, I think he would be distraught over shooting white men. I have to seriously question the motivation of the anti-Rittenhouse crowd because they're treating the death of a white pedophile as an act of racism, not to mention the white wifebeater that looked like a faggot.

Honestly the reaction to Rittenhouse and everything surrounding it makes me rage hard. And it scares me, because he pretty much narrowly avoided mob justice. In the past it would have been a slam dunk case, but we're treading on some pretty dangerous times. Rittenhouse is a victim of propaganda, and he's being used still in a left-wing propaganda campaign. Rittenhouse could be any of us; Rittenhouse stood up to these degens and almost paid a huge price. Fuck, he DID pay a price. All of this shit w/ Rittenhouse, etc. boils my blood. When someone criticizes what Rittenhouse did it makes me feel Big Hate. Rittenhouse Did Nothing Wrong and people are saying he shouldn't have been there are fucking worthless faggot cowards. If he wasn't there, who would be? The police? Fucking faggots that hate Rittenhouse hate the fucking police!

Rittenhouse killed those pedophiles during the Floyd riots, an event based on black idiocy and many people are convinced those two he shot were black.
At this rate, they'll dig for the DNA of Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber hoping they have some black ancestry to prove then Kyle shooted two black guys...

And if this were race-swapped and a black teenager had shot three black men during a riot, the same people would be calling for leniency.

I had a pretty good talk with a fren a couple weeks ago over when we started to become based, and we both agreed that every single BLM test case has been redpilling, and the more that this shit is shoved in front of us, the more peaking it becomes.

Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, that 12-year-old scholar in the park, George Floyd, Jacob Blake, the Wendy's jogger, Stefon Clark, the street pharmacist in Baltimore...

The closer you look, the more you see a shitbag who got made good, and I cannot in good faith believe that the leaders of BLM are not 100% aware of every detail that I am aware of, and yet they still champion these people.

Rachel Jeantel... I remember texting with my same fren during the trial and she was like "Is that a GOITER?!?!?"

We know the names of these shitbags, but some fuckin' tiny kid in a stroller gets shot by a Late Capitalist, it's crickets.

Oh, so we're still going to push the false narrative that Kyle shot three darkies and not clarify that all three of them were honkies? Because the media omitting that fact since the beginning to allow uninformed retards to believe he shot three negroes is exactly why "a school with 40% black students in the town where MLK got capped" is the reason why him speaking there is so "controversial". Or at least, it's one of the reasons.

  • Agree

40% is not "predominantly". You shouldn't be allowed into a college if you're illiterate.
