I wanna place it on HEAVY for the character being a troon alone, but from what I heard it was some ex-dev (who is also a tranny) claiming as such even though there might be no mention of the character's gender at all, until the dev made that Medium article. I could be wrong and it absolutely does mention it in the game, but like hell I'm gonna buy or sit through a playthrough to find out.

I didn't play it for long, but I didn't encounter any wokeness. The creator himself trooned out a few years after the game was released.

Personal life[edit]​

Thorson is transgender[20] and uses she/her pronouns.[1][21] By around 2020, she had adopted the name Maddy Thorson.[22] In the Farewell DLC to the game Celeste, the final cutscene shows the character Madeline in her room with a rainbow flag and trans pride flag. Thorson later confirmed that Madeline was trans in a blog post which also reflected on her own coming to terms with her gender identity.[20]

The funny part about these is that, rather than journos writing articles about how great it was to have representation in their murderous cannibal colony, they wrote a hitpiece smearing Tynan over how the traits were implemented and painted him as a bigot anyway. I don't think he added them as any sort of appeasement to begin with, but it's a great example on how it's never enough and you should steer clear of the rainbow hornet's nest as much as you can.

IIRC, this was because of a bug where gay colonists would repeatedly flirt with straight colonists, inevitably get rejected, and the stacking mood penalties would drive them insane.

I would like to add Monster Hunter World as none. You can only make a male or female character and they aren't ugly unless you purposefully screw with the settings. The NPCs are no nonsense sticking to the story to help you investigate and slay the big godzilla looking elder dragon. There are also cute cat assistants that help you in your fights. If I'm missing anything feel free to add whatever it is.

That video doesn't cover the worst of it. The world map is split up into three sub regions. You find rebel leaders in each area and they have their own little story arc as you progress through their region. One of the leaders of one of the three sub regions is a FTM partnered with her rugmuncher (or flesh roll sucker I dunno).

I progressed through the game doing the two other regions first, by chance, I didn't know about La Creatura then, and while the taint of modern game writing was clear at that point I had no idea how bad it would get when I got to the tranny region. "He" is introduced with an overly long, extreme glorified closeup as she sucks face with her disgusting psychobitch girlfriend. Then in addition to what the video covered the game makes your player character an accessory to murdering a surrendered, unarmed woman for the insidious crime of misgendering the FTM creature.

Go to ~18:30 for the misgender murder, check out the rest of the video to see just how truly awful the rest of that sub regions "story" is.

Separate from the tranny, there is, of course, a Trump analogue, and all of the older, potentially likeable male characters are killed off, as well as the only attractive white-ish woman. You're left carousing around the island with what looks like a reddit group pic except more melanated and somehow faggier and more retarded.

I know I'm forgetting a fair bit, it's all just blurred into a pile a of shit wokeslop and I don't care to go down that memory lane any farther than I already have.

 Despite this incredibly faggy and mentally challenged fanbase, OMORI is surprisingly pretty "non-woke" for its setting. There's no gay shit, no black people for "diversity" reasons, the main character and his sister actually have romantic feelings for opposite sexes with their friends. The game's setting is surprisingly standard and fantastical in its narrative and characters, even in the IRL parts there's nothing woke about it. The most damning thing about this is that it's another "muh mental halth" game all about "muh depresshun" with a twist that completely botches the message and main character. I'm putting this between Mild to Medium because YMMV on whether you consider this to be higher or lower based on "mental" lessons alone.

Why do all NPCs pretend to think woke can't be defined?

Like with most current lefty gotchas, it's an attempt to respond to/copy a righty one. Specifically acting like there's no definition for wokeshit seems painfully like a poor slap back against the 'you can't even define what a woman is' meme.

Rainbow Six Siege is heavy. There's at least two tranny characters (MTF troon Osa and FTM pooner Tubarao), the game is inherently about diversity, a bunch of characters were designed to be homos like Flores, while others like Pulse (heh) and Caveira were turned gay. The two troons make no effort to pass and I knew on reveal the FTM was a troon. Also the community is extremely faggy.

Not LGBT or really leftie, but to show how easily the devs can be pushed around when the higher ups see $$$, references to slot machines/gambling and skulls in some map(s) were censored out of builds going forward when China complained about these specific things. I believe this applied to the entire game regardless of region. Ubisoft ruins everything, even when they had a good thing going. Launch R6 was incredible.

Doom Eternal: Whole game is gay. Slayer is gay, Marauder is gay and horny for insert that axe of his into slayer, demon priests are ultra-gay race traitors, these wannabe "angels" are ultra-gay. Sam Hyde Samuel Hayden is a fucking "angel" and retarded beyond merit. And gay. Dark Lord is gay and retarded even more than Samur (Samuel).

There is also a line in the side quest “Under New Management II” where the Duke of Oriflamme says “It is clear that Northreach should not be led by men like me, but women like her.” (Referring to his daughter) this could be considered Mild wokeness because it might not be woke, but it sounds woke.

Almost considered putting it in Medium but due to how poorly optimized the game is and due to the nature of the game most people just didn't zoom into the units to look at them closely to notice it. While women can't be generals or leaders, many units from the Germanic, Nordic, Celtic and Nomadic culture groups are mixed gender. I think the one single exception from those groups are the Alani. They are usually in low level levy-style units and it's supposed to represent how everyone had to fight to protect their families... but it doesn't make sense. The Battle of Adrianople is one of the historical battles that is represented in the game and playing as the Goths you had to defend the wagon lager from the Romans. In history, the men fought while those who couldn't stayed back in the wagon lager.	Mild​

The Leatherface in the upper right was removed because the devs decided it was identical to wearing blackface My last point: Players can also unlock charms. Charms are little items you can attach to your character as a fashion accessory. Usually, obtaining charms is tied to a promotional event and as such, there is a limited time to acquire them. But if you're a faggot, you have no time limit to redeem the following codes to claim whatever version of pride you feel attached to. I think it's tied to some sidequest where you have to save a peasant's "friend" and then in the last line the peasant lets it slip that they're fag lovers. It's not in your face or anything. Hit the character limit, so I decided to split the list.

While that's not nothing, that's pretty mild compared to the more extreme types of censorship and addition of shitlib nonsense into vidya. Lara's still got big boobies, there are mods and very easy methods to replace the retarded trigger warning and Pierre's bomber jacket still is a hot lady, but in a bikini instead of nude (honestly, I don't even think this one is censorship for liberal causes so much as a way to not get an M rating. A low res-boobie pic would not fly with the art direction and a high-res one would not fly with the ESRB. Adding a bikini is a happy medium that doesn't clash with the art direction and doesn't lead to an unnecessary M rating). The whole swastika brick texture thing might have some legs to it, but that is such a small pittance compared to all the other more noticeable and egregious censorship examples.

This isn't to say the game isn't "woke" or whatever, but it's definitely on the lighter end of woke nonsense. The technical issues with the game were and still are bigger dealbreakers than the culture war nonsense they added or didn't add into the game. I'd say this is a definite Mild rather than the Medium it is set as in the OP.

Throwing the original Core Design developers under the bus and insinuating they're harmful racists is a bit more offensive considering that ownership didn't transfer over to them until 2006. I'm not going to consider mods as an aspect that lowers a score, since people shouldn't have to do it in the first place. If the developers try to prevent the mods from changing something or try to stop it from being distributed, though, that can be tossed into the list.

And as your attachment shows, he defended his decision to not add blacks to a game that took place in middle ages Bohemia, where none existed at the time. Ghost of Tsushima is Mild. There are two mentions of same gay relationship (which I had to google to find out), overly ugly female character models, and ridiculously competent and strong female bandit and a grandma with nagitana. I went through the game somewhat blind and recruited a gay ass magic vampire who tried to suck my blood while I was Sleeping and then got mad that I wasn't going to fuck him after being my companion for like 2 hour or so in game. I did a side quest to rescue a girl from a witch if you save her she gets pissed off because she was trying to have a abortion or something.

She was gonna give her baby to the hag cuz she said she'd bring her husband back to life, she thought the hag would raise her child and teach it magic, rather than eat it as hags do.

She is a cunt in Act 1 but she gets better in Act 3.

Also, the gay vampire wanting to suck your blood, what did you expect? He IS a vampire after all. I didn't mind the fag vampire at all, because he's a prissy sarcastic ass and he's hilarious.

As for him wanting to fuck you... idk that's on you. He never flirted with my character. Only monster woman, devil woman, and bearded magic man wanted my MC's dick.
