Almost certainly not. Given this is pretty much the textbook example of where they are not meant to log them it would be incredibly stupid to do so. Plenty of the police are that dumb but it's unlikely.
What they likely have done is logged it as a hate incident on social media. Meaning you can assume it'll be part of the figures they use to say how many are occurring.

I’ve noticed this too. Facial asymmetry is a funny thing . What’s attractive seems to be an inverted U shaped curve - too perfect and it looks really strange and alien, too off and it looks odd. Very attractive people have a good degree of facial symmetry but even they will look odd if you mirror half the fa e.
Asymmetrical eyes are very very common and aren’t in themselves unattractive in milder forms.even more extreme if the person generally is funny or nice. Look at Marty Feldman for example. Eyes like a chameleon but he certainly doesn’t look like a Yaniv.
I think there’s something about how it manifests in troons and deviants that’s really noticeable. My guesses would be that it’s a combination thing.

O/T but have to add this pic of Scarlet Blake. Meeting this person in real life, I would reach (jump to) the conclusion that there is something off about him. In his case I would be correct. Humans are hardwired to notice this as a survival mechanism, whether it is their face, behaviour, physicality, sound, smell, or a sixth sense that allows us to determine there is something wrong.

We go about our everyday lives making instantaneous judgements about people around us- old, young, good looking, ugly, rich, poor, intelligent, stupid- subconsciously.
We can all strive to be non-judgemental but our instincts fight against it.

There’s a program called face2gene that uses machine learning to diagnose genetic syndromes. You can feed it a pic or a patient and it’ll give you best guess for what ails them. It’s great.
I would be very interested to run faces of people convicted of various crimes through it along with troons. I suspect it would point out exactly what we are picking up and unable to quantify
