What I really want to know is what did he spend the money on. Did this nigga really get so addicted to trying - and failing - to sue Ralph, a man who lives hand to mouth, that he has impoverished his entire family.

Ralphasuits were just a symptom of the problem. Suing Ralph didn’t break him but the type of thinking that makes a moron think throwing away thousands in a petty grudge match is a good idea sure did.

The man has five kids and mountains of debt, but got a loan for a used camero anyway. Probably using the same Ralph playstation CC strategy. He’s the type of guy who goes into more debt to buy Halloween decorations, the newest Rick and Morty merch, timeshare at Disneyland and a framed limited edition Evil Dead poster signed by the cast.

Matt worked a few years pushing paper at a bank. Then he worked for a schizo precious metal sovereign citizen coin shop owner. Spending six figures to wrestle control of a questionable business from an obviously deranged man convinced Matt of he was financial and legal wizard.

He’s now repeating history with the coin shop and his son.
The coin shop drama he was involved in kind of demonstrates what a dumbass he is. If you got involved in a business, but discovered the owner was a total schizo who tried to involve you in his shady tax avoidance scheme by trying to make you the owner on paper, (because the IRS was already all over the owner). Would decide to walk away and maybe start your own coin business without the baggage of a angry schizo owner, fraud, debt and big tax liabilities or try to wrestle control of the shady operation away from the crazy meth loving owner via prolonged lawfare?

Whatever assets Matt might have gotten by taking over the shop was wiped out by six figure legal fees. Even better it appears Matt then followed similar tax avoidance schemes the former schizo owner had gotten in hot water over. Now Matt is repeating history by trying to use his son to be the owner on paper to get out of six figure tax debt. But it will def work this time because the son won’t screw over Matt like Matt did to the first owner! Matt is a real Genius.

I don’t think Matt has ever had an original or intelligent idea enter his head.

DSP didn't have any assets to hide and that was early COVID times. Not only is Vickers fucked but he might be leaving his own son on the hook if any of that inventory gets sold under his name and then later gets ordered clawed back. The whole family is in on the scheme now so they're all fair game.
He still defrauded the court with completely made-up "business expenses" that were gambling tens of thousands of dollars for jpegs of oiled up wrestlers.

Thor Capital has had a lien on the coin shop assets and Vickers personally since last April, I suspect their lawyers might be a little familiar with this kind of thing. Bankruptcy fraud is a federal crime.
WOAH WOAH WOAH WAIT A SECOND!

Why didn't you say that earlier?

thorcapital2.png

Here is the lien. It specifies what is being used as collateral:

Indicate how documentation of Collateral is provided:
Entered as Text

Description:
ASSETS INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
ACCOUNT(S) INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
CHATTEL PAPER INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
INVENTORY INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
EQUIPMENT INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS
GENERAL INTANGIBLE(S) INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS

thorcapital.png

Then why is a router that appears to have been photographed from inside the coin shop being sold on the Vickers Coins and Collectibles Ebay account? That would seem to be store equipment that would be part of the "EQUIPMENT INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS" which is the collateral.

router_ebay.pngrouter_shop.jpg

That $80 (obo) better be going to Thor Capital!

Why didn't you say that earlier?
I did. This one too:

Then why is a router that appears to have been photographed from inside the coin shop being sold on the Vickers Coins and Collectibles Ebay account? That sounds like part of the "EQUIPMENT INCLUDING PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS" which is the collateral.
The microphone and whatever crap they were peddling on those streams too.

It isn't a legit divorce. Cog let the cat out of the bag on The Vickers. They are divorcing so she gets the house, cars and savings in order to hide it from his bankruptcy and evade having to pay taxes. Same with the son taking over the business. He can't liquidate what he doesn't own anymore in order to satisfy his debts. Usually you will be denied a bankruptcy if you have enough assets to pay said debt. Bankruptcy is meant for people that have more debts than assets.
Looks like he was denied bankruptcy a couple of times, so his idea was fake a divorce and probably give his wife 100% of total shared assets and have his son purchase that business for pennies. So now after the sale of the business and the divorce is settled. He won't have enough assets to pay the debts off and now is eligible for filing bankruptcy.
Then later he will buy the business back and remarry. The thing is that he doesn't understand that he will be investigated and if they find that he is using legal loopholes to retain his assets. He will probably get criminally charged by the federal government and the other debtors for fraud and tax evasion and face some serious prison time AND still have to pay it back.

It's been said already, but yes, that's fraud.

Using a divorce property settlement agreement to protect your assets from creditors is actually fraud. It violates fraudulent conveyance laws, can be the basis of criminal charges against at least one of the debtors, and can be the basis for denying discharge (cancellation) of debts in bankruptcy proceedings.

That^ site is about NC, so the below relates to NC, but it's likely similar anywhere:

North Carolina courts have developed “badges” for detecting or sham divorces and separations as well. Again, one is not dispositive but together these badges help a court infer fraud. These include:

  1. “Fast tracked” divorces
  2. Quickly agreed to splitting of property
  3. One of the spouses not being represented by counsel in the divorce
  4. If one of the former spouses files for bankruptcy shortly after the divorce decree is entered
  5. The spouses continuing to live together in the same house that one of the spouses transferred to the other
  6. The transferor spouse continuing to pay the taxes, mortgage and other costs for the transferred house
  7. If the couple still holds themselves out as married to the public
  8. The inequitable distribution of assets and debt in the divorce
Even if a divorce is not a sham and both parties legitimately want it, it is enough that one of the parties intended to hide assets from creditors by transferring them in the otherwise legitimate divorce settlement agreement. On the other hand, even if you have no intent to defraud, it can be important to be aware of what courts will interpret as fraud.

Now, the lookback period to pull property sent out of the estate via fraudulent transfers/conveyances back into it depends on timing. It's usually 90 days, iirc at least for ch 11/inassume the same for 7/13, but it is 1 year for insiders, which includes family members.

And:
Bankruptcy courts have long held that an uneven division of property between the spouses can be a fraudulent transfer. Roosevelt v. Ray (In re Roosevelt), 176 B.R. 200 (B.A.P. 9th Cir. 1994)
*Vickers is in the 9th Circuit.

If this is a master plan, it's offensively dumb.

And if either way, Vickers needs to get a handle on his mouthpiece, because broadcasting a real or fake stupid plan is even dumber than having a real one.

It's good to see that Vickers will continue to be a cow for years to come as we follow the legal proceedings. It took less than 48 hours after featuring for a janny to get the narrative and start pushing it. I just wish there was a youtube lawyer who'd cover all of this. I could legit see Vickers starting a new livestream series to debunk everything being said. Maybe that fat dude whos kinda taken Rekeita's place will pick it up.

Imagine trying to be an internet z-list tier celebrity thanks to your daughter getting Gunted ™ and not expecting your fake divorce to come to light.

It's a good thing for Matt that there isn't an easily accessible list of parties he's trying to defraud and there aren't people in his life who will take this into the real world to fuck him over. It's not like he's ever been swatted or anything. I know the first thing I do when committing a crime is to tell one of my low IQ underlings about my plans so they can vaguepost about it to own Kiwi Farms.

Maybe Dan will let Vickers move in with him an jobless janny. I'm laying my money on the whole clan being welfare leeches for the rest of their lives and sprinkling a little on Vickers overstaying a visa in Bongland and trooning out.

You know it’s a cope because if he was actually trying to pull off some fraud even he wouldn’t be stupid enough to ask cog to announce it publicly. But when you got nothing to lose what’s a few lies about fraud you are committing to try and save what’s left of your face.

I wonder if Ariana will still play along with him online. Does she hate Matt more than Ralph atm? Given what’s been going on for over a decade it’s amazing Ariana was willing to play along with Matt’s successful business owner online roleplay. Given their history you can only be sure they will boastfully lie about absolutely anything.

It seems like they’ve been on the verge of foreclosure several times but it might actually happen this time given all the other shit hitting them. Matt is moving, but are Ariana and kids staying put in the house and fighting the bank?

I bet some family loans might have bailed them out of foreclosure, and other tight spots, in the past but they’ve had to have burned through family generosity at this point.

Took a dozen years but looks like they finally reached the end of the rope. But I’m sure Matt figures filing bankruptcy #4 will do the trick and buy him more time.

Genuinely, Mr. Vickers should get hit by a car.
Pretty sure he's just terrible with money. The man had a loan for a Disney membership plan.
As far as can be gleaned from his filings Vickers was insolvent since before Xander was a twinkle in Ralph's piggy little eye. Ralph and Faith started talking online in 2019 I think (and hope, given that's when she turned 18 ) and Vickers had signed his name on a filing claiming to be $350,000 in debt in 2018.
Yeah. This financial shitshow was in progress well before Ralph coomed in Faith. He's lost in Shit Creek due to how much he prolonged it.
He still defrauded the court with completely made-up "business expenses" that were gambling tens of thousands of dollars for jpegs of oiled up wrestlers.
And that's why DSP is a proven WINNER. A champion, so to speak.

Real talk, I probably wouldn't have taken the job at the coin shop at the first place. Like even if you're a desk jockey at a bank, that's a fairly well-paying job, or at least a lot more stable than some random coin shop run by some gunted Oath Keeper.

:optimistic:

If there's a trustee sale, they're already in foreclosure. The way out is pay the balance (or get current, which must be done at least 5 business days prior to a trustee's sale), in which case there will be a rescission.

You know Outlines, you took a big W off Ralph and Ben not even hour ago and you've already pissed it away. Go have your Discord victory lap.
I don't know why you guys keep shitting on poor Bryan, the guy has a medical condition.

Here, look at his chart.....
