Maybe I'm not browsing certain circles to see the journalists "winning" public opinion in defense of Sweet Baby but it feels like everyone knows they're full of shit. Like I even feel it's a meme for normies at this point to just blame Kiwi Farms for anything. I've seen this site accused for stealing credit card info, hosting child porn, causing suicide, etc. and now it's journalists blaming us for a fucking list, that's all this shit is about a fucking list. It's pretty laughable people believe the bs about this site too when at the end of the day we're autistic retards gossiping and archiving shit that interests us.

It is not too hard if you are interested. I learned in high-school to configure IRQs, use config.sys/autoexec.bat. Indeed you have to study a little bit how certain configurations happen or what hardware you need.

I support consumer action in these cases, but really what's the point?

If someone's buying new releases, actually paying $70 for videogames when the options for free and low price entertainment are wider than at any other time (especially with emulation and sites like GoG) and the quality of new releases is worse than at any other time, they've already made themselves into a bitch.

You shouldn't not be buying these games because a circus freakshow of brown people and homos were paid to declare it a progressive-kosher product, you shouldn't be buying them because it's fucking silly to turn your pockets out for soulless digital garbage.

Look at anyone who’s made a video on sweet baby only recently and you’ll know. The only channels I remember that talked about sweet baby when they were found out to be ruining games were Synthetic man and Griffin Gaming. Maybe a few others, but that’s just to my knowledge. Then you have all these grifters who come in just recently, like SomeOrdinaryGamers or critical drinker, who are the same people who would likely laugh at synth months ago when he talked about it.

Rocket.Chat isn't too bad. It's got file sharing, voice chat, several api's you can plug in. Much like Ventrilo, you either have to host a server of your own or pay for a cloud server. Rocket.chat themselves recommend Ubuntu or Docker for the server setup. The good thing is you can have it air-gapped instead of dealing with cloud shit. The interesting thing is some of the backing companies like Lockheed-Martin and Wipro Ltd. The US Navy uses it for communication as well oddly. One of the update versions puts a limit of 25 users after 6.x so you either have to fuck with configs, revert to a previous version, or transfer the server to a different service like Zulip, of which I haven't looked into at all. I haven't used Rocket.Chat in two years though, so I'm not sure how much it has actually improved with integration or the standalone mobile app. I do know that some configs can force people to tie gitlab accounts to sign in, helpful with design projects for cad or programming, but outside of that just adds another site to tie back to everything.

I do know of another client Keybase.io One issue I remember with them is they generally bend to pressure and will get rid of groups like Deterrence Dispensed at the drop of a hat.

but in practice this is simply not the case due to selective enforcement. remember, for decades american universities had admission systems in place that basically amounted to "if you're white you neeed 900+ score to be admitted, if you're black you just need 600" and fuck all was done about it, while the champions of equality constantly defended this blatant racial discrimination at every opportunity.

The one thread i saw about this on r/pcgaming was based with DEI applogists heavily down voted. Also have a normal lefty-leaning friend who's posted some based anti-SBI stuff

Maybe the Jannies have shut things down on Reddit since then but I think normies are starting to notice.

More or less what kind of happened with Gamergate 1. AAA suffered, and really only Sports games and Chinese coomer shit made money.
