They definitely got Red Panels, who isn't really a random guy to them, and who is in trouble, unless he actually is StoneToss and has money stashed away. The link between Red Panels and StoneToss is plausible, but I'd say it's only about 70-80% likely to be true. It's definitely good enough evidence for court of public opinion, especially one disposed to dislike the guy.
