One theory I had was that Flutter actually reached out to Chris while he was in prison, the message that Praetor has intercepted and later used her for their money making scheme. I couldn't quite figure out how Praetor learned about her and this seemed to be likely. Not entirely sure about it tho.
I don't know anything about Praetor or Caden, but unless they're paying her a handsome sum I say that she isn't flying all the way to meet Chris just to hang out with a platonic friend.
