I'm sick and killing time so I've been watching junk on YouTube and got suggested Doody Clips of Phil just yelling at his donors for suggesting he stop doing boardroom meetings and stream earlier.

It's kind of remarkable that he's queued up an entire month of back-to-back-to-back-to-back RPGs and JRPGs? Like, who the fuck would ever sit through that in general? I'm having PTSD flashbacks of sitting on a sofa watching a friend play an old FF game by himself instead of doing anything fun. Just the worst shit to watch.

I think they're a symptom of his unique skinny fat physique and heavy drinking.

Google says they're called festoons and that alcohol and lack of sleep can cause em, which makes sense given Phil's gin consumption and how he stays up till 3AM almost every night.

He's partially right. What he can't come to terms with is the difference between "can" afford it and "should" afford it. Or wanting to afford it.
I'd rather start smoking again and pay €10(prolly more)/day for the taste of shit in my mouth than give a streamer $5 once a month. And by "a streamer" I mean decent people who are good at the games they play while also providing educational value by explaining shit, are entertaining while doing it and most important of all - keep their streams revolving around the aforementioned principles without being depressive by wasting your time with self-loathing and talking about your personal finances.

Meanwhile, if you compare how much bandwidth he's using for the "value" he provides, he should be paying YouTube for the broadcast and his viewers for watching him. Especially if you take into account the toll it takes on a person to sit through a whole stream of his and the hardware amortization he's causing, he should be banned on grounds of being worthless.
Someone should start a petition.

Did he really need the ego trip of berating this dent on stream when he had already written that stupid rambling this badly? DSPolitics is going to be an absolute shitshow of him berating dents who tell him he is misinformed.

This situation is only as bad as it is because he refused to play BG3 back when it was released because he was calling it a 'meme' game that is only trending due to big streamers, it was a PC centric game and he thinks PC gaming is dying, and general hatred of that genre of RPGs. He only picked it up because his ego couldn't take the hit of it winning the game awards back in December.

A golden rule about Phil, if he doesnt like or do something, that means that thing is bad or dead or stupid.

Hes a console player so obviously he constantly states no one cares about pc gaming.

He burned out of fighting games because people made fun of his gameplay and he got hardstuck on ranked, so that means the fighting games released this year are failing because they are too noob friendly and released too close to eachother, among other excuses (this rant was like a few weeks ago).

This one is a little random, but whenever someone shops at walmark he really loves to make fun of them "Boogie shops at walmart ackack" comes to mind. He doesnt like walmart for some reason so he shittalks anyone that does it. Just another weird quirk of his he has.

edit: a great example, he proclaimed that baldurs gate would never win goty because it was a pc centric game, and starfield would beat it lol, when it got game of the year and was called out on it he had a great rant to cope about being wrong.

This one is a little random, but whenever someone shops at walmark he really loves to makes fun of them "Boogie shops at walmart ackack" comes to mind. He doesnt like walmart for some reason so he shittalks anyone that does it. Just another weird quirk of his he has.

During the interview he explained that he didn't like Walmart because they "destroy small towns and small businesses" which I'm sure he got from watching the South Park episode on Walmart but that he sometimes still shops there and he uses Amazon frequently which is probably more damaging to small businesses than Wallmart. I think he's just a snob and looks down on people who use Walmart.

Phil's logic is very easy to follow once you understand how he thinks.
Point one: Phil is an infallible genius and a paragon of moral virtue. Corollary to this, all other video game streamers are either idiotic morons or contemptable liars taking advantage of their fanbases, which are composed entirely of gullible children, to make more money. This is the only reason they are more successful than Phil.
Point two: Most of those other streamers play on PC, and Phil doesn't.
Ergo, PC is a dying medium and you'd have to be an idiot to play games that way.
