I listened to the music video. I have to wonder how Mulvaney can be satisfied with how it turned out; lyrics/content aside, the autotune is blatant and that in itself would be a blow to any respectable performer's ego.

He first started estro in Feb of 2022. I assume he gets Estradiol, the little blue pill, which many transwomen dissolve under the tongue (which helps all pills speed up absorption into the bloodstream.) Testosterone blockers aren't blue but I assume he does the same thing. We see him take at least ONE pill on camera.

Dylan still occasionally references being on hormones. I haven’t been saving them–many of which are on his IGs stories–but I’ll start. The last one I saw was him in a doctor’s office where the caption said something about waiting for his progesterone refill. Another post was him saying how he’s passing better (lol) thanks to injecting estrogen. On his day 500 video (July 2023), he first stated he started injecting estrogen and there have been results (lol again).
Of course, all this could be lies, but Dylan still mentions taking hormones. His slight gynecomastia in the last year on his manorexic frame suggests he actually is. What is that chunk of fat in his “cleavage” seen in his last two TTs addressing his flop of a shitty pop song? He uses makeup, taping, and stuffing to give the illusion of moobs, no doubt, but newer fat looks to really. be there.

Is he trying to skinwalk the Hiltons, now? Looks like he's trying to copy Paris' look, who despite looking like an ostrich, still looks like a woman. He's doing the thing girls do when they meet a new friend and they try to copy her, annoying the friend and thinking you're cringe, specially when you are cringe.
With that being said, it's so disturbing how thin he is. He looks as bad as Desmond, who we know looks too thin for a kid his age because his mother is likely keeping him thin to exploit him.
