I am!I thought you were agnostic.
I am also a great religion enjoyer and have read on it quite extensively. As I said before:
The more autistically monotheistic, militant and ascetic the religion is, the more attracted I am to it.
Agnosticism is required so I do not lie to myself and others. I require reasonable proof for basically all claims. And I think that it is of paramount importance to be able to humbly answer with "I do not know" or " I am not sure" the hard questions of "why we're here and WTF are we supposed to do".
Also, history of religion is fascinating. Reading about archeological finds of ancient ethnic battles in Israel? Seeing some pharaoh in some stone stele, with the enemy tribes at his feet begging for mercy? Understanding the early monotheism of Aten and Amarna? Seeing the continuity of myths such as the flood? Reading through apocrypha describing angels rebelling against God?
Well. I wouldn't miss any of this.
