Like, what's the problem here? J.P Morgan is the real reason the US entered WW1 (he had financial ties to Britain). Those cocksuckers deserve to get ripped off.
The fact that she got a hundred years while they got a slap on the wrist for 2008 tells you everything you need to know about society.

Fuck it - the current DNC bill doesn’t go far enough. If you work for a bank, your minimum wage is $1,000,000 an hour. Even if you’re a janitor. And your standard work week is one hour and everything above that counts as overtime. Fuck all banks and payment processors sideways.

I can get behind this.

If you want a 3 day weekend, and your work is the kind of work that is only affected by the general hours put in over a long time period rather than actual availability (IE Office Drones), then work four ten hour days. But don't kneecap every other industry, service and operation that actually depends on people doing a thing at a given time due to physical or service requirements, just because you want to office drone lazier.

I'm salary, I'm a software developer, I can absolutely get shit done in 32 instead of 40 hours if I crunched a bit and told a few meetings to fuck off, but this is retarded to try and just blanket throw on everyone.

It is not measurable how sick I am of my side being "principled".
There's nothing "principled" about what Roberts, Barrett, and Kavanaugh are doing here.
The government's conduct is a direct mirror of their conduct in Bantam Books, a 60 year old precedent.
It's 1:1 behavior with the only difference being it happened on the internet (with the intermediary between "author" and "public" being a social media company instead of a book store).

They have lazily refused to read through 1200 pages of facts on file for the case and in the orals have only voiced slavish regime talking-points.

If we're lucky, Alito and Thomas manage to shame 2 of them into NOT giving explicit judicial assent to a literal ministry of truth governing our internet by overturning Bantam.

The attorney for Louisiana did such a poor job he should be blacklisted from the legal profession.
Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch will have to do his job for him behind the curtain.

Cutting the work week by 20% is a great idea. America's already extremely competitive globally, with everyone moving all their manufacturing here, and it's so easy to find a job these days, that we can definitely afford to work a lot less.
But what about adjusting wages with the smaller work per hour?

Illegal to hire a smaller proportion of nigger employees than there are niggers in the surrounding population. Factory in Mississippi would have to be half niggers.
There were/are a few fabs in the PNW but the anti-business climate is apparently not worth cheap power and water, and for a time, mostly white people.

I would pay ticket price to watch some ignorant hood rat quota hire give a 350 million dollar EUV machine some percussive maintenance during its duty cycle because "It was making some weird fucking sounds bro".

Hell, the extremely strict clean room rules would probably be the death knell. Fakes nails and Weave ain't compatible with micron-particle level ISO standards, and you genuinely cannot even consider loosening those standards - a sufficiently large airborne mote can ruin an ten thousand dollar run.

"The scientific field is racist because it refuses to develop filters capable of handling my Blackness"
I can already envision the articles.

The biggest problem for Bernie's 32 hour workweek is the poors it should be helping most work in service industries like restaurant and retail.

How does that work for those industries? You still need the same amount of workers in a Walmart or Applebee's, and also in smaller places with less employees and margins. To give their full timers full pay at 32 hours, you would have to increase their wages and still add staff. Even if you reduced most employees to part time, what about managers? You have more staff getting 20 hours a week, so they have to get a second or third job, thus reducing their availability and causing schedule gaps. Prices have to go up to cover the increases wages.

Also what about government employees? Will all government agencies, like the DMV, be only open 4 days a week now?

You are assuming this was thought through to that level. There is genuinely no consideration for knockon effects or their impact on prices, they genuinely think they can just legislate that it has to happen but you still get 40 hours equivalent pay, then everything will be "fine". Remember, these are the same people who wanted a UBI and genuinely believed that rent-seeking behaviors wouldn't adapt to the knowledge that you literally have an affordability floor that just went up by whatever amount.

Bread and circuses to keep the plebs quiet.

Post-modernists, commie-tards, progressive, liberals, etc do no understand second order effects or unintended consequences. They honestly belive that the only changes that will ever happen in a system are those that they intend, and no further. They honestly believe that defunding police will have no effect on subway safety, or raising minimum wages won't affect the labor market, and so on.

Think of them like the little retarded kid that says 'just print enough money so everyone can be a millionaire' except these retards can drive and vote.

They'll replace you with a pajeet or some other shitskin when you tell them fuck no I reject your 20% cut for my next salary offer. They'll pay the shitskin 30% less and you won't be getting a paycut of 20%, you'll be getting a paycut of 100%

That's not how salary works. This isn't 1960, employees don't sign term-limited contracts for salaried employment. They just don't give you any raises and let inflation erode your wages over time.

Depends on the industry
My s/o is on salary work from home long term contact
As well as bonuses and performance review based raises usually adds up to a cola of 5%. They also match the 401

In 2020, Heriberto Carbajal-Flores was accused of carrying a firearm. In the third attempt to dismiss, Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman argued "the noncitizen possession statute violates the Second Amendment."

The Supreme Court ruled that illegal immigrants can possess a firearm and prohibiting them from doing so would be unconstitutional.

I opened a thread but illegals have more rights than honkie in Illinois

Good, Stephanopoulous knew what he was doing, and the excuse will be the judge after the case tried to say "even though the jury said Trump didn't rape her it really did mean rape because I said even any unwanted touching is sexual assault" but just sue them non-stop, use the power of Null to make them retract.

edit: I know it will be a hard thing given their borderline monopoly status but please don't buy any Tyson products:

Anitfa is allowed to block highways and completely disrupt business in Oregon. I think the Fentanyl Floyd riots were the last straw for a few of them.

Reposting this here:
Despite the weird name in the article, it is a Illinois District court.

From Shaughnessy v. Mezei, 345 U.S. 206, 73 S. Ct. 625, 97 L. Ed. 956 (1953) ("It is true that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law."), and Plyler v. Doe, 457 U.S. 202, 102 S. Ct. 2382 (1982) ("Aliens, even aliens whose presence in this country is unlawful, have long been recognized as "persons" guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Indeed, we have clearly held that the Fifth Amendment protects aliens whose presence in this country is unlawful from invidious discrimination by the Federal Government") both of which overruled Kwong Hai Chew v. Colding, 344 U.S. 590 (1953) which held that such protection only applied to legal aliens.

This all is a stupid decision from an Illinois judge because it's well established that felons can't own guns, and illegal entry into United States is a Federal felony, and I would guess that in literally any scenario it should preclude the person from buying and possessing a gun. Guess Illinois would wish to give grander rights to illegals than legals
