He has nothing to really share with his audience worth a Locals sub except "My life is crazy rn" and his law content is stale. Explaining how hard Nanny Balldo works does not count as being open and personal. His intention to rebrand was just been a long running excuse to be lazy and take money from others while not showing up for work.

While I do think Nick could pull off a successful rebrand, I would hardly call it any sort of redemption. Here's what he should do: look at Camelot - coomer degen fag just like Nick wants to be, and Camelot doesn't get nearly as much shit because he's always been this way, so you knew what you were getting going in - Tired Gamestop/retail grifting, gross thots, and stories about how he supposedly gets laid all the time.

Nick could absolutely just drop this pretend-lawyer game that nobody believes anymore, change his channel name to just "Nick Rekieta", drop all the "Law" branding, and just make coom videos. He's never going to get his old audience back, and his new audience is too stupid to question why he's not pretending to be a lawyer anymore, he'd get all the Camelot fans to come over to him, and he could have Drex, Dick and even Vito on his show with nobody questioning him about it. Best of all (for him), this thread would be reduced to us laughing at him pretending to be a lawyer at one point, but not anymore.

Here's an example of a YouTuber doing exactly this - this one guy's channel is called "Unacceptable Fringe", and you couldn't tell by looking at his channel now, but he used to make home arcade videos. All these videos sucked, and he's such a narcissistic tard that he couldn't keep his Canadian politics out of his arcade gaming stuff. Nobody in that scene liked him, and even though he had a decently sized following, and got a decent amount of views, all these videos he made sucked, and he had an established reputation of being a cringy arcade YouTuber. Finally he just got rid of all those arcade videos, got rid of all arcade branding, and ONLY made political videos going forward. Now he's basically Canadian Quartering, and his channel has actually grown a lot. Not my kind of videos, but hey, this rebranding worked.

Sounds like a no-brainer for Nicky to just give it up and become Coomalot 2.0.

My understanding is that Hardin sent Epik a strongly worded letter. As you usually do in these situations. Epik's lawyers looked at it and realized one of their dangerhair employees fucked up majorly, and that Null isn't really even asking for anything unreasonable. Null just wants an official retraction and the .net domain back in his hands. No money. In exchange, Epik avoids a costly and risky lawsuit. Null doesn't even have to sign an NDA.

I think I may have overstated it. A lot of influential people are very aware of their actual or possible ability to influence things, BUT they see it as a natural outflow of their position and both innate and developed skills rather than taking it for granted.

They are grounded in realism and that allows them and their 'daring greatly' (to borrow a line) to be done where there is a possibility of success. A lot of narcissists suffer from this 'super villain' curse--whenever there is a setback they wail, 'No! Impossible! How could this happen to me!?'--sans the lava some of them fall into immediately after.
