Really? So you say Snaxalotl is a former prostitute? Tell us more. How do you know about it? And more importantly, how much you know? Don't spare the details.
I don't have any proof of a lot of what I know about Snax, it's all just information that she divulges to people during discord calls, and I've been in quite a few with her. She used to work as a dominatrix or something, she was always scant on details about that but did say that it was "technically prostitution." Other than that and everything else I've shared so far, Snax is definitely not mentally stable. If you were to even mention something she doesn't like around her she gets very mad very fast and will abruptly leave the call as if you started insulting her family. The Beatles and Trailer Park Boys are the two biggest examples of this, she cannot for whatever reason handle the mention of these things. Or once I saw someone mention that they used mozzarella cheese on their nachos. She took genuine offense at that. To make it short, Snax is a very bitter person inside, and I think the doom mapping scene is the only place she's ever found any success with anything. Outside of this she really is nobody that will inevitably plod along the rest of her lift accomplishing nothing of real worth.
Now for the other members of his fine community that I've known more personally and that I've seen mentioned in this thread:
Doomkid is pretty chill for the most part in all my interactions with him offsite. Sometimes he's a bit thick in the head and he spergs about Tucker Carlson a bit too much, but I don't have much else to say (I honestly don't pay enough attention to doomworld or its moderation to know what to say about him elsewhere). He really doesn't strut his status as much as people here seem to lead on. Obviously he's been around a while so if I ever needed info on something doomworld related I'd ask him, but it never seemed like he thought more of himself, and believe me he can take a joke well. I've made many countless thousands of jabs at his ego and his response was always to just laugh it off.
MtPain27 is a smart guy and I respect him even if I've never watched any of his videos. He does take himself a little too seriously at times. I don't quite see the point in making professional reviews of doom wads when they're such a disposable medium. I can just as easily experience them for myself as I can watch someone else experience them. I'll either like playing it or I won't. Like I said, he's a smart guy and a good conversationalist, but sometimes he gets... well, flustered we'll say and he has to leave the call to cool down. He and doomkid argue occasionally and it can get heated, which sours mtpains whole mood while doomkid uses very childish tactis like "I know you are but what am I?" It's kind of funny, honestly, but like I said, Doomkid is a bit thick in the head so when you take someone that's a little too self serious like mtpain who doesn't disengage when he should it gets there.
Now someone somewhere in this thread mentioned Clippy. Clippy is a really chill guy. He's just sort of a goofball that likes to smoke weed and he makes doom levels for fun. They're not masterpieces, but he's not trying to make those kinds of maps, he just gets a weird idea and runs with it. All of this really is just a hobby to him. There's no ego, no pretensions, and god bless him honestly. I wish more hobbyists were like him.
