It baffles me how Tony's ex has still not tried to get some sort of restraining order to stop him from seeing his kid. He and Zac should not be allowed to use that child for Twitter asspats and photo ops in any sane universe.
As bad as Tony is, there are some minor indications he may not inherently be the inferior parent in some regards a court takes into account. That said, simply for accuracy's sake rather than an endorsement of Tony over his ex, I do not believe she considers it worth the effort. That divorce file looked like she mostly did not want to bother and just have it done while Tony insisted on fighting on points she did not care strongly about. (This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone who reads Tony's thread.)
Strangely, I think they think the opposite: they might just think we're right. Why would they rally against us so hard if not trying to fight uphill and gaslight people?
Let me split the difference, they
fear we're right but
hope they're right. Except they don't actually conceive how we can believe what we believe, they aren't overtly reasoned into their position (though I think I and others have shown how incredibly logical it is from absurd premises) and they're told their opponents are all insane cult members so it's not simply a concern. They literally do not have an idea of how to convince someone to their position other than bullying them into it. They wouldn't allow you to show them how their own positions should lead them to different conclusions because the instant you start to extend the logic they're going to object to something. Look at how many of their assertions are constructed without even answering basic questions like "why do you think cis people feel like their gender" or "where are the third sexes" or "why is self-identity limited to gender" or "what should happen to someone that refuses your self-identity" all of which basically get the reply of throwing their toys out of the pram and yelling BECAUSE IT IS.
Since they think they're on the right side of history, that they're progressive, that science agrees with them, that the law agrees with them, that the Secret Majority in society at large agrees with them, etc. it's really about stalling for time until History does its thing and proves them right. Some study is just around the corner that's going to show how dumb the GC/TERFs are and this whole "debate" will go away. That's just what happens when you're one of the Elect.
We're denying the Revealed Word not actually a reasoned opposition that could be right. And when you work for the Prince of Lies of course you're going to claim your position is the reasoned one.
Even if they all have Klinefelter (none of them do), then why do they claim to be women? The implicit argument is that there is in fact no room for any type of variation, and that as soon as you don't have standard XY chromosomes, you have to go straight into the "woman" category. Might as well just amputate the dick and balls at birth, I suppose.
Because they're obsessively autistic binary thinkers. Even as they yell at us how everything is complex and nuanced when they need an ad hoc out. These are people who decided they can't be men/women so must be women/men. Or decided they can't be binary so they must be non-binary. Even though the categories were never hard fixed binaries to begin with, they just deluded themselves into thinking they were.
They screech that sex/gender is a spectrum but they actively deny this idea, then explain how
their existing on a spectrum of "men" is actually proof they were women.
Almost all of their specific claims are really just backfilling to the conclusion they made based on a single faulty premise. That there's only one specific way to be a man and one specific way to be a woman. Then they have to deny this premise because just their own transition requires necessitating that an infinite type of the other can exist. Even though this
should obviate their original conclusion as to why they need to change gender.
