So someone tell me if I'm reading the potential fun down the road here incorrectly?

The case has been transferred to Florida. The 11th Circuit Judge is likely to toss it for the same reasons the original 10th circuit judge did. Because that's the actual law. Russrl then Appeals to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Which is likely to follow actual SCOTUS Precedent and the law as written and tell him to Fuck Off. Leaving Null and SCOTUS with 2 conflicting appeals court precedents for the same case. Am I missing something with how this routes through the system?

Kiwifarms, completely fucking the court system by 2025!

There are three good things about this. Good thing one? It's alot of extra work for Greer. Good thing two? The 10th circuits ruling is guiding opinion but not Precedent now. Good thing 3? The Supreme Court will have decided whether or not to grant Cert before this shit heap gets unfucked by the Florida court.

Florida, home. At least it was before I fucked everything up.

Well, this certainly ties up everything with a nice little bow. It even gives the Supreme Court a chance to punt.

yes, we can 2split1case this.

How does this add to his plights, though? I presume he (or as yet imaginary council) can Zoom in, right?

Or does he have to give handies across the Southern US
He will hopefully be forced to add muh phlights to muh plights and actually travel.

Russ on the Road™ will be a big hit, fifty pages easily. Lolcows on the Lam is always such fun, so many of them barely travel.

This case will not end and will continue for EVEN longer.

But let me ask some questions. My impression is that Florida is much different to Utah and is much more likely to rule in Moon's favor. Is this true? Does increasing the amount of clusterfuck in a case make it more likely to be dismissed?

And the most important question: Does this make Greer's life more difficult?
