I think a lot of the animosity was caused because the stickers notifications as well as different forum cultures. Imagine: You come from original ONA subreddit as a refugee to here and suggest some funny thing to do with Patrick and then all of a sudden your notifications are bombarded with negative stickers and people quote-attacking you for it. That will give you the impression of KF users being unwelcoming retards and mati.

keep in mind the farms has to be very careful in regards to cowtipping, "trolling plans", and catching anything that might be construed as criminal (even if it isn't) excuse to take us down. unlike the onaforums it isn't just one lolcow gunning for us but lots and lots of them, other assorted public figures, their legal counsel, and occasionally their literal glow in the dark CIA nigger fathers. So yeah suggestions of "wow wouldn't it be funny if someone showed up to patrick's home and bashed his skull in with a wooden bat" won't get the same warm reaction as on the onaforums due to this.

I mean Fatrick is not the only lowcow we make fun of in there, outside his orbiters, we also have the whole "music" and "everything else" criticism boards for a variety of weirdos. In so far as trolling goes, we don't say this type of stuff, it is essentially an unwritten rule that everytime someone trolls him and posts the result there, the person says he found it on Reddit or a redditor sent him. We don't goat about it or troll him openly on the forums. We have our own ways of protecting the forums.
Controversial but I was really happy with that change, always found stickers notifications annoying
