i've come across several judges that issue these orders as a matter of course in all of their cases. i've seen one such order go out (and set scheduling deadlines) before the defendant was even served with the complaint. after skimming, i didn't really see anything in this order to suggest it was specific and tailored to this complaint.

50 degrees Celsius is not lethal. It is fucking uncomfortable, you sweat your ass off and you have to drink a lot of water, but I'll tell you first hand 50 degrees Celsius wont kill you. I've seen people work in engine pits that range from 47-52 degrees Celsius for open cut dredge lines for a couple of hours, you just gotta keep pumping the drinks into them and rotate them at about 3-4 hours. It's not ideal, but sometimes in order to fix a small whilst problem you do it as it is cheaper to fix the machine while running than restart it. Patrick, again, really has no idea of what he is talking about.

In the old Path of Eternity game you could do joke builds like the idiot muscle wizard, a wizard with high strength low intelligence that did blasting damage cause you'd have very low spell duration. I love gimmick builds and gimp builds, but I don't know how you'd get a Pat build viable, in any system.
