Best/Funniest use is to pop it on a survivor you didn't hook or stalk yet.

Sure you lose your Power permanently by killing a non-stalked survivor but damn it's so funny to just kill the survivor going for the unhook.

You can almost guarantee it by stalking to tier 2, get it at close as possible to 3 as you can , down a survivor normally, hook them, then wait for the rescue and Tombstone the rescuer. Survivors get pissed when you do that.

It's even better when the survivor is on death hook. In fact this actually gives you a fighting chance against a SWF group since you just took out two of them.

I actually own DbD but just never played it much because I found the gameplay boring.

That being said, I'm tempted to play it at times just because of how toxic the community is. Call me sadistic, but I can't help but laugh when people screech at me for just playing the game.
It's kind of funny, you'd sometimes run into those types of people in other games but they're way more prevalent in asymmetrical horror games for some reason. They're my favorite to fuck with.
I usually don't go out of my way to fuck with people in games either. I operate on Jawsh rules. I'm the autistic vampire. I only fuck with you if you invite me to fuck with you and screeching at me just because I'm playing the game as intended is a good enough invitation.
Personally to me that seems to be the only appeal DbD holds these days, being able to fuck with these people and hear them reeee.

It's very easy to get banned in the post-game chat. The instant you say anything, even if you said nothing, there's 4 reports sent to the dev on your ass. Plus even more reports if you made the mistake of playing against a streamer with a decent audience. There's a filter but you can still get around it (amusingly, the word 'reddit' is one of the filtered words) by making threats. Any kind of perceived threat can get your account nuked. I lost one just for typing "Eat shit and die." And that's a Duke Nukem line I was referencing.

It's even easier to get nuked on the consoles because if there's x number of reports (because you played in a way as killer that survivor fags got upset about) your account is just auto suspended. It's yet another reason to never own a vidya console.

Just play to win as killer. Do not play in a way to give them a 2nd chance or take it easy. Play to win with the strongest killer, perks, and add-ons. That's literally all it takes to piss them off. I've had it happen endlessly where I decisively won, killed all 4 survivors, and some mongoloid yells at me how I somehow lost as according to his make believe rules he carried with him since Kindergarten.

Nah, that doesn't register with them. I got a 4 man once without using a single gen slow down perk and they were STILL fucking crying that I didn't play the game their way. Last guy was fucking boasting how "amazingly good" he was just dropping every fucking pallet and running to the next when I played smart and 4 genned and didn't get baited on meaningless chases through pallets. Survivor mains are forever small brained.
