To be totally honest, when I look at this person's face alone, it's very hard to sketch out a female. Definitely the hand in the second pic, maybe the mouth in the first pic. Something about the way they're sitting, plus the hand, in the third pic. This is either a) a lying man, or b) an exceptionally horsey but not unattractive woman whose body had a pronounced response to T. Also we have no idea how tall this person is.

I'm overthinking this but again, to be honest, based on these photos alone I'd absolutely lose my shit to discover this person had no dick. In order to shore up my own sanity/be able to trust my own judgment in the face of future opposite-sex adventures, I've had to entertain this rumination on the far more dramatic impact of male hormones on female bodies, than vice versa.

Keeping in mind that I'm sure those are flattering angles, I think you are correct that it is easier to mask the absence of testosterone in development then it is to erase its effects. The biggest giveaway for me is always the brows though. Women have smaller skulls on average then men, and you can see it in the upper part of the face, even if many woman do have strong jaws that look more ambiguously masculine.

It sounds a lot like she very recently had the surgery done too- so these are very new wounds that she shoved his poor girls hand onto. A lot of people get seriously freaked out by body stuff. Faint at a spot of blood on their own body etc. Add that natural propensity some people have, with some traumatic past experience the Pooner mentions (could be anything, a gory car crash where she watched her decapited relative fly through a windshield - anything, pooner couldnt give less of a fuck)
