It's an impossibility that someone would take money and give it to the person who it's actually owed to.

If Quasi doxed himself and showed himself holding the checks I don't even think Patrick would believe it. He'd think it's Porngay or BDA in a mask. This is also true. The finest example of this is that the suit against the city says he feared for his life and I believe also that he was detained/held by the police naked.
