RIA news agency said at least three people in camouflage clothing had opened fire at the Crocus City Hall, and that some people had been wounded.

Police had arrived at the scene, RIA said.

Video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee the hall, followed by gunshots.

Other video footage showed a number of people lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall

Reuters was unable immediately to verify the footage.

TASS news agency reported an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting took place.

The Kommersant newspaper posted footage online showing smoke billowing from what it said was the concert venue building.

ISIS has been suspected to be CIA funded and trained for a while now.
The reason why this is claimed is because in 2006, all of Anbar Province (Fallujah, Ramadi, Qaim, a large portion of the Euphrates River Valley where millions of people lived) was under the control of Al Qaeda of Iraq (AQI).

In the future, AQI rebranded to Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), and then later expanded to become the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS) that we all know of today.

But back in 2006, they were a group of religious people with little to no military experience among its Iraqi Arab member majority.

Anyway, in 2006 they had a huge province bordering Syria that they controlled. To regain government/coalition control, the US did two things:

1) The troop surge of 2007. They increased the number of military personnel. Pretty simple.

2) The Sawahat movement (awakening movement). This involved training entire tribes in military warfare, forming militias, arming them, and paying them to remain loyal to the Baghdad government and the coalition. Lots of money, lots of training, and lots of weapons. These Arabs fought against ISIS successfully for several years, but then stopped fighting them / being hostile to them due to a lot of reasons I won't get into right now. Many of these militias and armed groups integrated into ISIS by 2013-14. Edit to add: and many were defeated/disbanded.

The comments I'm reading by Israel supporters say that this is the pay Putin has for supporting Hamas (did he though?) So, while sure ISIS or their supporters are morons who only want to see infidel blood running, it makes sense this attack is a way to tell people "this is what happens when you support an anti-Israel movement, they betray you".
I can't see Russia having genuine support for Hamas, the timing of their attack was useful to distract the US from Ukraine but the group is pretty openly opposed to the Shia Houthis, and supports Saudi Arabia's actions in Yemen, which puts them in opposition to Iran. The latter is definitely a much more valuable ally to Russia than Hamas, especially with the resurgent Taliban.

It's not the middle of the capital and technically not even Moscow proper, it sits out of town in Moscow Oblast. Crocus City Hall is a pet project of a wealthy Azeri businessman and getting there is a pain and a half despite it being one of the more expensive concert venues around.
Yes, it is however right next to the parliament and government of the Moscow Region. Moscow proper is immediately north, south and east of it, and Moscow Region continues across the water to the west.

The government building is where the pin is. The concert hall is the music note to the upper right.

Within minutes of the massacre, Western operatives online were spreading disinfo about “ISIS” and sharing the mugs of a few Muslims naming them as the culprits. At the same time, disinfo aimed at conservatives was released; mainly a chorus of random accounts commenting “false flag.” Whenever something like this happens, the system releases at least two disinfo campaigns for the general public to argue over. It is neither of those.

The U.S. warned this would happen, so there’s no reason not to believe the West was behind it. In Congress you have warmongers on both sides, but with different strategies. Schumer & Co are saying Bibi has “lost his way” and that he’s making Israel an international pariah. So this was likely orchestrated to incite Russia to go harder on Ukraine to justify more support for Zelensky while at the same time, tempering Israel’s genocidal rampage by diverting money/arms away from them without actually cutting them off.

I haven't seen anyone bring it up, so maybe I'm missing something but where were the cops during the shootings? The videos make it look like the guys walked around shooting after(before?) shooting a bunch of people in the main theatre area. How long is the police response time to a populated area in the middle of their capital?
Russian Police are not prepared for or accustomed to dealing with problems capable of shooting back. In their world and training violence is a one way street running from them to others. Nobody bribes them enough to get shot at.

So this is basically like how the Las Vegas strip is technically not inside Las Vegas but Paradise, Nevada?

A distinction without a difference.

There is a reasonable chance it was a Russian false flag to pin on Ukraine to justify further mobilisation, however the Ukrainian glowies are just as retarded with their adventures in Africa against muh Wagner and the bombing in Moscow and SPb last year (I know it was the NRA but they're almost certainly under the SBU's thumb) so its also entirely likely that they're dumb enough to score an own goal like this.

Are you saying all the "Truth tellers" of this war immediately fell for this Jewish subversion? Imagine my shock... It's almost like every time Russia air strikes a major city in Ukraine they're met with retaliation (terrorist attack) near Moscow.

We all have been following this war for 2 years. Stop playing dumb.

justify further mobilisation
Do they need further justification? They are already fighting an existential war against an enemy that has bombed its capitol multiple times, an enemy that has already bragged gleefully about their terrorist attacks against. Russia is backed into a corner and must defend or die, and they know this. Mobilization will be a big western thing though, as no one but mercenaries want to fight for them.

I hope they are all found. I hope they are all caught alive. I hope they are all fed raw pork. I hope they are all killed in the most haram way possible.
If there is one position on this earth that I hope to never find myself in, it's "war criminal in a Russian black site". If these people have any intelligence at all they'll have killed themselves already, because if they get caught they're going to experience forms of pain that most people can't even conceptualize.

I don't know how to word this in a way that makes me not glow in the dark, but two ISIS propaganda websites are now offline. It's giving me a NXDOMAIN error, as if the domain never existed at all. I don't know what this could imply or what relation it has to this attack.
