Putin didn't need a false flag to justify a blooming invasion, what makes you think he needs one to justify further mobilization?
Do they need further justification? They are already fighting an existential war against an enemy that has bombed its capitol multiple times, an enemy that has already bragged gleefully about their terrorist attacks against. Russia is backed into a corner and must defend or die, and they know this. Mobilization will be a big western thing though, as no one but mercenaries want to fight for them.
I don't think they do need a justification to mobilise but there is the possibility that they were involved in some way either through direct means or simply letting it happen.

ISIS has been a CIA op from the get.
Try less CIA and more Israeli and Saudi operation. In secret the gulf states used isis against the shia backed groups.
I don't know how to word this in a way that makes me not glow in the dark, but two ISIS propaganda websites are now offline. It's giving me a NXDOMAIN error, as if the domain never existed at all. I don't know what this could imply or what relation it has to this attack.
So what you're saying is that state backed hackers are already doing their magic as we speak.
The US State department warning clearly signals it was dumbass US Glowies.
More like they had the word but because of current politics decided not to share the plot.

European countries and Russia don’t really have police like the US which are former GWOT vets trained in advanced pavement ape circumvention and /pol/tard/pooner manifesto response tactics. They’re more to browbeat the local population into compliance and hand out tickets.
I am hoping they are more competent that the Mumbai police department during its 2008 terrorist attack.

When the attack occured, a team of terrorists came upon the anti-terrorist police but there were not subdued, instead it was the anti-terrorist police that were killed, with one of them being unarmed:
Four responding commanders, one of whom wasn't armed, were ambushed in a jeep.
When the police did arrive, they weren't properly equipped and basically waited around for India's tactical teams to respond, which took about seven hours or longer for the teams to enter and engage the terrorists.

In one of the most significant operations at the Taj Hotel, it took nearly 50 hours from breach to securing the site for India's supposedly elite security teams.

I just want to mention since I haven't seen it brought up here. That today is also the anniversary of the brussles airport bombing. Islamists being autistic about the dates of their attacks it kinda makes sense for them to reuse a date. Although the brussels attack was rushed and they had to push the date up after some police raids so this might just be a coincidence.

There is a reasonable chance it was a Russian false flag to pin on Ukraine to justify further mobilisation

Nobody has blamed Ukraine, and the CIA paramilitary wing of the Middle East ISIS has already claimed responsibility.

Try less CIA and more Israeli and Saudi operation. In secret the gulf states used isis against the shia backed groups.

Tomato tomato.

Are the CIA ops in the room with us now, conspiracy fags?

In a 100% completely unrelated note, a good way to enjoy a Friday night is to curl up in bed and read the history of the founding (and funding) of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan in the 1980's. All ancient history now of course, the CIA would never follow the same playbook and to claim otherwise would be a Crazy Conspiracy Theory™ .

Everyone take a moment to imagine the Russian government issuing a public warning to all of their foreign nationals living in the US to avoid public places in the near future and then a group of terrorists attack a performance at the Kennedy Center in DC killing ~100 people.

How well do you think that would go over?

Correct. Russians are not people. Killing them is no more wrong than say, gassing cockroaches.
Russians? the people notoriously against faggotry, trannies, and degenerates, whos biggest protesters were a bunch of whores going in public naked to protest? THOSE russians?
.... I'll side with the people who are naturally against degeneracy.
Also if it is indeed isis, really makes you think about all those guns biden just LEFT in the middle east when he pulled out. Dude left a god damn armory there.
