Megathread SRS and GRS surgeons and associated horrors - the medical community of experimental surgeons, the secret community of home butchers

I can mock her but can't be angry at her. At least she doesn't encourages others to do the same.
If you look into her backstory, it's pretty damn obvious that her horrifying transformation is being masterminded by her husband Michael. She's very similar to deceased porn 'actress' Lolo Ferrari in that way; both are/were abused/disturbed women that started out as perfectly normal and beautiful but imagined themselves as ugly and disfigured due to childhood abuse. In Lolo's case is was by her mother, but I don't know about Martina. Lolo's husband Eric Valois was probably an AGP himself who used Lolo to live out his transformation fetish without damaging his own health or physical body. It's a very sad and disturbing story. She died at age 37 from a prescription overdose, and it was ruled a suicide, although many people suspect Eric had a hand in her death.

This is completely anecdotal of me and I can't back it up at all, but I've been told by someone who used to work in GRS that the backslide in standards is coming exclusively from the patient side, as in actually requested, because it's faster and cheaper and faster, now now now is every patient's priority now, not appearance or comfort. I'm guessing it's a knock on effect from all the suicide baiting.
that is very likely true, but many other surgical specialties have dealt w this, like bariatric and cosmetic surgeons. If the SRS doctors followed the same pattern, the best surgeons would have a lot of requirements for agreeing to take on patients in order to protect their own reputation and secondarily protecting the reputation of their field, and then a shitty secondary market would open up for worse surgeons to approve people who otherwise wouldn't be taken on (so crazy people for plastic surgery, and undisciplined fatties for bariatric surgery). Doctors within either industry take consultation fees to serve as expert witnesses in malpractice suits & revisions from different surgeons are common. SRS doctors all jumped onto the 2nd ship together, with the best experts agreeing to carve up the crotches of anyone who will pay, and no one is willing to be an expert witness against another specialist, even in demonic butchery cases like cetrulo or rumer. revisions w/a different surgeon are less common. collectively, these 1st world surgeons behave remarkably like doctors who perform bargain-priced surgeries out of shithole countries. it doesn't bode well for their industry, it will likely become a victim of its own popularity.

Well this phallo somehow looks worse than they usually do. u/Zealousideal_Age349
MLD Stage 2 - Djinovic Serbia
Link | Archive
Just and update on my MLD journey in Serbia. I had Stage 2 surgery 9 days ago with Djinovic in Belgrade, Serbia. My Stage 2 was tubularization of the penis, glansplasty, UL hook-up, and furthered scrotoplasty. Implants will be done in Stage 3 when the ED will be placed as well.

I arrived on Sunday, 10 March to get checked into my AirBnB and get settled in prior to my scheduled surgery on Wednesday, 13 March. On the 12th, I had an appointment at the hospital to get some admin things sorted such as signing consent forms, had my bloodwork done as well as getting an EKG to clear me for this round of surgery. Rather uneventful in general and I was at the hospital for about an hour including the waiting time. Then headed back to my AirBnB to pack my backpack for my stay at the hospital, did some meal prepping for when I was discharged and just chilled, walking around the city some.

Day 0 Wednesday the 13th, I was at the hospital at 730am to get checked in and wait for my turn for surgery, they had some other surgeries planned for that morning as well, and they were expecting me to go under around 11-ish. This time I had a shared room but they drew the curtain up right away to give me and the other guy who was going to stay there some privacy. I was mainly just messaging my friends, scrolling on my phone and listening to some music.

I had a nurse come in a few times throughout the morning, they checked if my genitals were shaved properly (had to do this myself). I'd already trimmed down my body hair back at home with my electric shaver and then shaved the day before surgery with a razor blade. All was good on that end and they then went to place the IV. She struggled quite a bit to find a good vain and tried twice, was rather painful and with her not being able to get it in right, she called a senior nurse to do it instead. The other nurse also had a hard time finding it but did get it done pretty quickly. I don't think I'll ever get used to the feeling of getting that one stuck in, but once it's in it's fine.

At some point during the morning, Djinovic came in to have a look at my dick and how it was since I got surgery back in August 2023. He was really in and out within like 30 seconds and I didn't actually get to ask him any of the questions I'd noted down prior. Was left a bit upset/annoyed about that but it is what it is.

I was eventually collected by a nurse to walk me to the OR and at the door there handed over to another nurse. I went to lie down on the op-table and was out fairly soon after that. The surgery lasted about 3 hours, I was back in the room around 2pm-ish (I know this due to having sent a voice message with an update to a couple of friends before falling asleep).

Pain wasn't so bad at that point and I felt a bit nauseous when waking up again around 3pm. I was in and out of sleep for a couple of hours and then fairly awake at 5pm. I was fed some at some point that evening, details are rather foggy, but felt fine in general. Minimal pain and a decently clear head compared to Stage 1.

I walked some around 8-9pm as well, as encouraged by the head nurse, took a few steps around the room. That drained me but no pain.

Day 1 The next morning, Djinovic came to check on me and things were looking good. I felt good too and was told that I could go home already that day if I wanted or stay another night. I opted to stay another night even though I felt quite fine, just to be on the safe side as I was rather tired and didn't see myself preparing any food for myself yet that day. Very uneventful day, slept on and off. Struggled with sleeping that night and got some sleeping pills from the nurse. My IV wasn't permanently attached to a drip or anything throughout my stay as I could drink plenty of water myself (was drinking some 3 liters of water each day at least), only when I got my painkillers and antibiotics.

Day 2 (Friday, 15th) After breakfast and a round of gauze changes, I was given my discharge papers. I packed up all my things and went down to admin with a nurse to complete payment. Once that was done, I ordered a cab to bring me back to the AirBnB. I was back there around 11am. That day I mainly just chilled out, watched TV, slept some. My next visit to the hospital for a check-up was planned for two days later.

Days 3 - 9 (today) In general, all has been pretty smooth sailing. I've had 4 post op checks and gauze changes. There was a lot of tension on the skin around the penis which created boils that burst, which is why I still have gauze around it to collect the fluid that comes out through the skin. Pain has been minimal where I take 2-3 ibuprofen a day. I can walk around fine without issues outside, started with a 10 minute walk on the Sunday (4 days post op) and can now go outside for a few hours. I don't walk the whole time, of course, but at least half to 2/3 of the time I'm on my feet with some breaks in between.

I've still got a catheter in that I just unplug to relieve myself, and there's a stint/drain in the urethra as well. I guess that's to keep it open and ensure there's no urine that stays in there. I'll have that for another week or two. Hoping I'll be able to get it removed before I fly back home next week Friday (29th), otherwise I'll just get that done once I'm back.

So far this feels like the easiest recovery I've had of any surgery so far. Looking forward to this weekend as one of my best friends and his husband are flying in tomorrow for a weekend trip to visit me during recovery. Looking forward to the catheter being removed for me to be able to void using my penis and really looking forward to being back home. As this is going so smoothly, I'm definitely getting a bit bored already and wondering how I'll keep myself entertained for the next weeks of recovery still. I won't be going back to work until April 22nd or 27th, so will be utilizing this time to also just relax as this year has been insanely busy at work and I could use the break haha.

Pictures added, fully healed after stage 1 a few days before surgery, stage 2 nine days post-op (pics with and without the wet gauze).

She and the surgeon seem unbothered by the skin changes surprisingly.

This is weird and probably the first time I'll say something like this, but how does this look better before it was healed than after? It looks like the doctor tried to sculpt a penis head on the phallo but her body completely ignored that and healed it into a fat, ambiguous worm. I guess this is the equivalent of MtFs having "clits" after surgery that just go necrotic and fall off. I'd be insanely disappointed if I were this pooner. She seems weirdly in good spirits, she must be drugged up to high hell.

For guinea pigs anyway they gobble those things down quick to prevent predators from getting a whiff of fresh young victims in the air. It's fascinating as a kid when you wake up to your pregnant guinea pig no longer pregnant, with two or three little mini pigs bouncing around and minimal evidence of birth having taken place beyond that.

More troons should eat their removed testicles, every one of them is surrounded by predators looking for young victims.
My friztl* pigs were always having more (til they interbred themselves too retarded to make more, thank god) and yeah, they would do so with astonishing ease. Once I must have got to them quicker than usual tho, because I picked up a baby one, and had a gross placenta attached to my hand. That's the only time I've ever seen one.

*they actually had a great life and free reign of the back garden, and even Dudley the Dud was not noticeablely tarded, just a bit stupider than usual and didn't produce any more children with his female relatives at long last.

I didn't know people were getting dehydrated pills etc made of their placentas. Eat it like the world's biggest scab or gtfo coward.

Placenta munchers
And the aborigines in New Zealand bury the umbilical cord, somehow appearing more sane than these women. The troons wanting to eat their own ballsacks are no less batshit than the women that want to act like barn animals and slurp the oxidizing waste, or those cooking with their period blood clots. I wonder if the Buffallo Bills feel validated when they see abortion rallies.

This is somehow a celebratory post. Mind the gore.

Reposting with an update: I got ALT phallo with no UL, w/ burial, scrotoplasty and v-ectomy 2 days ago!! 🥳
I had a really frustrating time finding recent picture of Dr. Crane’s work so I will be documenting my healing process on here to hopefully help anyone out who’s trying to pick a surgeon.

So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Crane and he’s staff. The wait time to have a consult was 6 months. I made multiple appointments with him after that has more questions popped up in my head and those were about 1-2 month wait. Surgery was 9 months since first consult.

They got all my paperwork done ASAP but the did charge $25 to process FMLA paperwork which I thought was weird but I think is worth paying extra for a surgery like this. They clearly communicated what I needed to do paperwork wise and prep/post op instructions. Westlake hospital (where he does all his surgeries) is a beautiful place and everyone has been amazing and attentive. I was worried about being in Texas but Austin is a college town and very LGBTQA+ friendly in my experience and from asking around. My experience in San Francisco for top surgery was far worse.

Crane himself has been so wonderful and I’m so glad I chose him as my surgeon (lots of people have negative opinions of him and told me not to go to him). This hasn’t felt like an assembly line the way the Gender Confirmation does (went there for top surgery) but instead feels like personal care from trained experts. He’s been patient/nonjudgmental with all my questions and explained everything so well. It’s painful but drugs are great. The daytime nurse aren’t very attentive though. They aren’t taking my guy’s pulse every hour like they’re supposed to and not responding quickly when I press the button. Night shift is way better.

It’s thinker than I hoped because my arteries were really small so he took a bit of muscle that had a stronger blood supply. He told me during 2nd stage he will debunk the muscle out after stronger arteries form in the tissue itself. Stage 2 will also include glansplasty and testicular implants. All these photos are from the day of surgery. Willing to answer any questions.

I'm thinking she's obviously still on the VERY good drugs.... Taking muscle so it builds "arteries"? Is she even listening to herself?

And Jesus Christ, that's one of the worst "day of" legs I've seen in this thread.

Yeah it's something to always keep in mind when they write in the days after surgery about how great everything went, how much happier they are, and how much they love their surgeon: they're high af on opioids

Damn you gonna just admit to that?
While I'll agree it's definitely full of the low end of society at those places, not everyone is there to make ends meet or get money for their next fix. I get $500-600 for 8-10 hours of time a month. I let it add up for a few months usually and have a decent chunk to do whatever I want with it.
