Incidentally, the Kansas City Star article got it wrong too, so this is a case of an error by one hack journalist getting propagated by others. It would have been easy enough to check, though. You should always independently fact-check instead of mindlessly parroting some other source.

You'll note solicitation of child pornography isn't even in the charges. One of the charges was actually receiving and distributing child pornography. Solicitation is what is called an inchoate crime, an incomplete attempt to commit a usually more serious crime. What he was charged with was actually completing the more serious crime.

Shame on Raw Story for this level of inaccuracy.

Larson has now been a good libertarian for a good year.

I was amused to learn more recently about just how deliberately lazy the American regime had been in doing anything about Larson. According to court documents regarding one of his users, a grotesque demon named Ashley Nichole Kolhoff who had posted on one of Larson's forums as 'mommyxxx', Larson was already "under investigation" "based on multiple CyberTips from the National Center of [sic] Missing and Exploited Children". Butttt even though Larson was running "an active child pornography server", where CP was posted publicly on the clearnet, it took until he actually kidnapped a kid for them to do anything about it.

Even then.. it took from 2020-12-17, when they raided Larson's home, to 2021-06-03, nearly six months, for them to get round to actually looking at the rapey.su forum backup that they'd seized from Larson. Because clearly, they wouldn't want to actually arrest anyone before they'd had plenty of time to to hide evidence! When they finally did have a look through things, they found pictures that Kolhoff had DM'd to Larson of her manipulating her toddler daughter's genitals. That she'd sent from her regular email address, from her home network. The CP was accompanied by her selfies. All of this had EXIF data with the GPS location of her home. With all that it still took them a week to get round to getting a warrant and kicking the door.

That's almost six months in which Kolhoff and who knows who else was allowed to continue to molest her daughter. Just imagine how many others were just allowed to get away with it because they had time to overwrite their hard drives hundreds of times over, or just weren't quite as bad at opsec as Kolhoff was.

Mercer-Kinser is serving the last few months of his sentence at a halfway house in preparation for his eventual release to society...and he's caught grooming his 9-year-old daughter. Mercer-Kinser decides to attempt suicide by running onto the freeway, and is hit by a truck. Unfortunately for everyone, he survives.

The government's sentencing memo mentions Larson's interview with Mercer-Kinser as part of an underground prisoner-run magazine—freakazoid stuff. But worth a read.

Update: Mercer-Kinser received the Guidelines minimum of 188 months; the Government sought the Guidelines maximum of 235 months.

I remember reporting him to PRQ.se (The hosting provider he used for months). They told me that Nathan said it was a "joke website" and they believed him for some reason. They don't have any remorse for hosting the website for him either, quite disgusting individuals. Unless police told them to keep the website up (Sometimes done in investigations to log/capture users of the website) I'm not sure why they allowed him to use their services. Also was sad to see that it took Nathan kidnapping a girl from his website for the police to actually care, something way worse could've happened and they knew about him for actual months.

Just adding this here for anyone curious as to why this idiot was able to keep his dumb website up for so long while it existed.

Kuehner (aka "Nechris") appealed his conviction to the Fourth Circuit. No luck, his 20-year sentence for engaging in a child exploitation enterprise is upheld. Worth a read.

Matthew Mercer-Kinser is appealing his conviction and sentence to the Sixth Circuit. His lawyer's brief is a giant clusterfuck. No word on when oral argument will be scheduled, if ever.

The feds tend to put child sex offenders (and informants, former cops etc) in particular facilities that are deemed relatively safe for inmates who would otherwise be vulnerable in other facilities. FCI Petersburg is one of them.

This arrangement tends to reduce the amount of violence in the BOP system overall, which is great for the feds because they will get sued less. The downside of this arrangement is that these facilities will have a much higher proportion of child sex offenders, and eventually some of the inmates will walk away from prison with the idea that their proclivities are normatively justifiable, because everyone else in their social circle is a deviant.
 
Finished the vid (disappointed but understand why Dreading locked comments given what can happen). Larson was a herald of all the flaws of the dissident right: Ludicrous lack of world awareness, the mind game of trying to merge and conflate religious “traditionalism” (in this case Mormonism) , Hitlerism, and normie conservatism/libertarian mentalities in one’s head at the same time and of course, a desire for the underaged based and covered for by their own delusions (as those who saw the first collapse of AF will know well). That is the far more interesting “Larson gauge” than whether or not a politician is just a felon
 
So I never read Rapey.su until just now. Holy fuck Larson didn't die bad enough. The first page I clicked had a very detailed first person account about raping a six year old girl. It wasn't Larson and I'm not going back to look up who it was. Jesus how does that get archived but the Farms is somehow too dangerous?

Larson has been dead for three years and the only feelings anybody has about him are relief at his hard death and frustration that it still wasn't painful enough. I hope there is a hell, I hope it's hot and I hope Nathan is angrily celibate there.
