There's a name I hadn't heard in a while. It is hard to believe Metroid; Other M was made back in 2010. It looks and feels like something that would be made under the ESG standards of today. I've been thinking about modern games, and all the bullshit surrounding Woke Baby Shit. Back in the days when I was a Sony Fanboy (PS2 days) and finally got past my retarded preferences, I played an Xbox. Halo, KotoR, and Morrowind. Blew my mind. Branched out more and eventually went on an Xbox 360 bender after I saw how awesome Call of Duty 2 looked on Xbox 360. When I think back to the early 360 era with games like Army of Two, Crackdown, Just Cause 1, and some other games, stories were second to just how fun games were. Up until that point, I was primarily playing games just for the story. Sure, I love me some turn-based RPGs and games that make me think about how I will progress, but something about that era will stick with me. The games were mindless fun,during that weird era where games had half-assed stories and just threw what they had at you.

And I miss that. We need more of that. These shitheads can take their narratives and choke to death on them. We never cared about "representation" or cultural bullshit back then.

You're not wrong. I love JRPGs having their messages and shit from the 1990s because well, they were able to express their grief and had a major problem that could had been an actual problem on a global scale. I've said this before and said it again: the problem with "everything has politics" is that 1) Extremist notions by toxic woke piles of filth saying "well if anyone has a problem with politics in everything is because THEIR politics aren't in it snort snort smug smug" can be redirected back at them too, 2) stories are human works, not shit propaganda pieces made to be funded by corporations, think tanks, and "ethics committees" or "morality squads", 3) if a story can't have open interpretation, then it's not a story.

I've rewrote this the fifth time already, but these assholes really will define "Follow suit, fall in turn" one day. And I mean into an open mass grave. Hope they think dying for their hill will be worth it. I'm gonna be nowhere near that shitshow.

Remember, Activision advertised this as "the most historically accurate WW2 game of all time" and it won some sort of an award from a TGS that year. What a joke.
