Lmao, he uses the same tools as Melinda Scott.

So did his lawyers on the 10th. Almost like that isn't really hard.
What gets me is he thinks this is "Excusable Negligence". He is the moving party. He had sufficient time to build and prepare his case before filing. He is not the party forced into court by the power and violence of the government. He has forced the defendant to spend thousands of dollars to defend himself, over and over, while Russ has spent nothing.

He has access to the same tools everyone else has. Including lawyers. That he does not or cannot use them cannot be plead in a way that is prejudicial against or causes harm to the non moving party. His lack of litigation budget is not the defedants problem.

Russ's leeway as a ProSe retard is supposed to stop at the point it does actual harm to the non moving party.

Love how he thinks that some random notes on his phone equals 'participating in the case'. He was totally thinking about it really hard too.

On the one hand it's glorious that he's shouting into the void by still filing in Utah, but it's also too bad because I kinda want this drivel to be part of the actual case too. He's showing zero respect for his opponents' time and money or the court by making everyone wait for him, and the fact that he thinks his private notes count shows that he has no intention of doing otherwise.

More importantly, he's showing zero respect for us by making him wait for his filings, but I guess we're used to it waiting for his songs. "I guess you don't like your fans... I don't get you, Russell Greer"

Russ is filing motions for stays because he doesn't think the case is faaaaaaaair. It's not faaaaaaaair that Null gets a lawyer and Rusty doesn't.
He seems to think a suit is a simple series of 1-for-1 motions, back and forth. I file a motion, you file a response, I file a response, back and forth until the judge makes a ruling. Then you get a motion, I get a response, etc.

The thing that caused him to flip out was Hardin filing multiple motions at once. That completely broke his brain and sent him crawling back to the DJF. He can't comprehend how anyone could find multiple defects in his filings relevant at the same time. And it's not fair that the defense gets to "bury" him in long-delayed necessary corrections without waiting for him to reply to the first one.

It's really frustrating watching him repeatedly state what he 'sincerely believes' as if that should excuse his total incompetence.
When there is no case, it usually all hinges upon the plaintiffs “sincere belief.” This entire case looks based on Greer’s stupid sincere beliefs. Same with the new Acerthorne case as well. Sincere belief is not grounds for legal action, despite what popular culture might say, & despite absolute tards sincerely believing that their beliefs are more important than civil rights, logic, or reality.

If someone does get in could we get a recording?
This is also my question.

If this were a hearing in a court house, any member of the public could quietly and politely sit in and listen (and not record)
There is a physical location for the hearing, which I presume would be accessible to the public, if you were local, and wanted to sit and take notes with a pen and notepad.

Will they? Will they agree on a date? Will Greer co-operate in agreeing on dates?
I seriously doubt Russ will even call in. And if he does he’s gonna be hostile and combative. He may accept a schedule begrudgingly but he’s gonna do everything he can to oppose it. He’s fucked the case is fucked he’s been beat by Hardin but he won’t admit it and will appeal again as soon as the case gets thrown out again.

There's gotta be at least one lawyer who decided sucking dicks for a living was less soul crushing than lawyering
:really:
Agreed! We have rules against cow tipping for this very reason.
I disagree. The ideal outcome would be for someone to quietly join in and record the call, post it here to great acclaim, then get drunk, facedox and post pictures of his meme pistols, before finally posting a photo of his proto-gunt while wearing nothing but a cowboy hat.

Appeal what? That's the beauty of kicking it to the 11th. And if the 11th circuit Judge simply tosses it for failure to prosecute. These are next to impossible to appeal. No matter how hard you scream excuseable negligence. It's still your fault. Your fuckup. Not an error of the court. The Judge does not have to give you more time, a do over or a makeup test.
Neither retardation, nor pro se status, relieves plaintiff's from having to follow the rules. See, Novero v. Duke Energy, No. 17-14963 (11th Cir. Oct. 16, 2018), where the Plaintiff used many of the same arguments Russ did, and the 11th Circuit denied all of them.
That is a really useful case, and in circuit. I trust Hardin will be referencing it on nearly every filing.

He also needs to start going hard on any and all of Russ's filing spam regarding harrassment and defamation. These matters were ajudicated and Russ lost all claims regarding them. Any filings continuing to make these claims should be struck, should they not.

Russ has moved into the category of people I talk to people about IRL. I saw the court listener update today and had to go ahead and quote some of his lines to people who could not believe anyone would put such idiocy in a court document. He really is a gift of entertainment.
Why didn't the people who Greer didn't hire as his lawyers give him legal advice? This is an outrage!
The best part is that they almost did - he says that they warned him that his stay might be granted. I'm not sure why he would mention that fact, because it certainly doesn't help his case, but I guess he's just trying to impress upon the court that he is, in fact, a retard.

We live in a world where vexatious litigant types somehow have less access to tools than your average SovCit behind bars. Is that a good thing? Or is it just a mark of our society that we treat prisoners as adults more than retards?

If only that were the case. It seems to me that if the courts insisted these losers just had to pay the filing fees to get their nonsensical cases before the courts, you'd probably cut these ridiculous cases in half.

Start awarding costs against the loser and you'll pretty well do away with them all together. Entertaining as these things are for us, I can't begin to imagine how stressful and irritating they must be for null. It's as though the courts are a great big vaccuum, sucking up all of his time and money to assuage the vanity of an army of literal retards.

Make the fuckers pay for the privilege.
