Seth MacFarlane's incarnation of The Flintstones would've been kino, but sadly that's a never ever (:_(
Yeah people were afraid it'd just be seth/fox's excuse to have Flintstones characters saying fuck and talk about sex almost like what happened with ren and stimpy apc, but from what we know of the show the swearing would have been mild; damn, ass, bastard, hell, Fred would openly be drinking beer, and the characters would discuss things like their "martial problems" but in a way a middle aged on the rocks couple would.

It is a legit shame it never got further than the pitch trailer and some background art. An adult take on the Flintstones makes more sense then Velma since the Flintstones were originally an adult sitcom.

Funny..the sitcom is all but dead only surviving on in animation.

It appears I have spoken too soon about the sitcom being dead.

OK ok...let's put all the jokes about darkies aside for a second to ask the simple question why?

Who was asking for a reboot of a 50 year old sitcom in 2024? The youngest actor from the original show? He's old enough to he collecting retirement benefits now.

The show good times is remembered for 2 things, the theme and Jimmy walker's catchphrase Dino mite! Which is pretty much the only thing anyone remembers Jimmy walker for at all. He's a washed up, one trick pony has been, on par with Eric robberts and (maybe) David Hasselhoff.

Muh anxiety dropped today:
TLDW: Miles fights shadow Miles and goes through a Scarecrow-styled horror sequence with a big spider.

Also, is the Sony Social Justice division new? It really stuck out at the end:

Saw it, liked it.

I’m not a horror/psych fan but I liked it.

Although, after watching it, I wish the spider in the film had been this Spider-Man/Spider-Verse character:

For those of you who don’t know that is, The Other, he is a vital part of the Spider-Verse.

I love the Spider-Verse trilogy but I wish that they had gone a little deeper into the lore of the spider-verse like in the comics. (I like mythology and lore)

I mean, they already introduced the Web of Reality in Across the Spider-Verse.

I'm pretty sure Japanese Sony wants to distance itself as far away as possible from American, sucking BBC Sony.

I'm only assuming that since Japan doesn't go for this crap but....never say never.

I liked the weird mystical crap they did with Morlun, Ezekiel, the Other, etc, back in the early to mid 2000s until they shit all over it with Civil War and the subsequent rebooting. Marvel was never the same after, and you can tell that's pretty much when they ran out of ideas. It's when they started making everything a major "event."

It's forgettable slop and the anxiety cliche is so irritating as hell
LMAO! He recently made a video on Dan "Feet Lover" Schneider.
Link? I believe it for sure, but please link the video just for clarification

How is it animation has gotten worse despite the improvements in technology? 20 years ago (good lord that's the 2000s now) amatures on newgrounds and youtube were able to pull off some really fluid and expressive animation with NO budget and tech much more primitive than what we have now. Sure it still looked crude and sketchy but again amatures with mo budget doing it as a hobby vs a multi million dollar company hiring professionals to work on this crap.

This is why I miss the 2000s a whole lot. The internet back then was treated as a wild west and the movie and TV industry, even though we knew they were soulless, still pumped out good stuff when they want to. By the middle of 2011, however, things have gotten much worse
