Well, that's certainly true. But still when you read the comment it starts out about how Brad liked Star Trek as a kid and how it inspired him to do science and suddenly it's some seemingly random numbers and talk of a Planet like you should be totally aware and familiar with all of this.

Happy 50th Star Trek! I was 7 fifty years ago and the series instantly became my favorite TV program. It led me to make this scientific discovery... The Planet Nestor - our next-door neighbors where humanoids have also evolved/been seeded - was built(64=B2+U21+I9+L12+T20) with the mathematical model of FOD=6_4. Nestor has 6 continents & 4 seasons, their ancients' '6 Seas' & 4 oceans, ~64% of Nestor's surface is water, their large moon has 4 phases of roughly 6 days (~6.4 days) each.
