He's too combatative IMO; he'd probably get another crime put on his rap sheet.
And that would be bad because...?

I mean, Brad is the one who says he is interested in "social experimentation" -- can you think of a better experiment?

Not for him; that guy can't even try to be honest or impartial. So sure, him getting hit for disturbing the peace would probably be for the better... or alternatively hit for tax evasion.

Okay, everybody, what do you think?

Just imagine being some random person on the internet skimming through an article on something you like and suddenly you happen upon a such a wall of text...
Eh, it's not even super remarkable. The internet is full of people who think they're Jesus fighting various conspiracies. Brad's paranoia just involves more tv and fewer guns.

Well, that's certainly true. But still when you read the comment it starts out about how Brad liked Star Trek as a kid and how it inspired him to do science and suddenly it's some seemingly random numbers and talk of a Planet like you should be totally aware and familiar with all of this.

Edit:
It's kind of like stumbling on a page of the Necronomicon. You start reading, not expecting anything bad and before you realize it's too late, you already feel your sanity fading...

Happy 50th Star Trek! I was 7 fifty years ago and the series instantly became my favorite TV program. It led me to make this scientific discovery... The Planet Nestor - our next-door neighbors where humanoids have also evolved/been seeded - was built(64=B2+U21+I9+L12+T20) with the mathematical model of FOD=6_4. Nestor has 6 continents & 4 seasons, their ancients' '6 Seas' & 4 oceans, ~64% of Nestor's surface is water, their large moon has 4 phases of roughly 6 days (~6.4 days) each. Nestor's lunar year of 306 days + 6 day week + 4 days = 316 day solar year. Nestor has two inner planets at .6 & .4 or 6 & 4 AU. Besides Nestor, their solar system has 6 planets - 4 gas/ice giants. Please see my tweaked NASA conference presentation at http://PlanetNestor.blogspot.com .

Your antichrist actions of '$elling heaven', helping the rich avoid taxes, promoting greed and as many guns as possible, being anti-women's rights, anti-gay rights, pro-death penalty, pro-war and excessive military spending, and now you're supporting the Antichrist Donald Trump 666 have gained my attention.

By the power(77) vested in me by GOD as His/Her Christ(77=C3+H8+R18+I9+S19+T20), I hereby rule that 10/12/16 is your Judgment Day: you FAIL.

Sentence: Really awful luck for the rest of your life, then your eternal soul won't be reincarnated as human for 20,666 years with 74 years non-commutable. When you are born-again as human, it will be under really hellish circumstances.

Note: You can repent, publically apologize, do many hours of public service, and petition this court(77) for a retrial. GOD & the Christ are just & forgiving. However, any contempt-of-court will result in an increased reincarnation sentence.

You are now part of a scientific experiment to last 1,000+ years.

I forgot about http://www.startrek.com/article/harsh-reviews-of-the-original-series-from-1966-believe-it . I added this...

Gene Roddenberry had his Star Trek idea accepted by studio heads in '64, Leonard Nemoy accepted the role of Spock that year, and the pilot The Cage began filming at the end of the year and was copywritten 1964.

Spock=64=S19+P16+O15+C3+K11

But Spock wasn't the 1st extraterrestial to appear on TV (1967), that would have been the Great Gazoo in The Flintstones in '64.

Gazoo=64=G7+A1+Z26+O15+O15

Synchronism: 22:59 "We have an interesting alignment of planets for you." - Stargazer on PBS

Leonard Nemoy

It's Nimoy, you nimrod.

copywritten 1964

What about the shit ton of 50's tv shows with extra terrestrials that predate the Flintstones, or even the show it was based on, the Honeymooners?

Wrong again Bradford, you had sci-fi shows with extraterrestrials dating back to the early 50's.

You beat me to the point by seconds :D

See: Doctor Who. 1963
See: The Outer Limits, Season 1, Episode 1. 1963
See: The Twilight Zone, Season 1, Episode 22. 1960

See: The Great Gazoo: first appearance 10/29/1965

This took me all of two minutes. And certainly there are more I'm not thinking of
