I feel like bum life is probably preferable for dogs anyway. they never get left in the house alone which they hate, they get a decent amount of food and not overfed into fat diabetes lumps, and yeah they might help the grift but the majority of time you just see people giving the person a tin of dog food for the dog.
They get to be outside where all the smells are and where everything is going on.

i have no idea why they all seem to have this desire to have animals they cannot afford to take care of. maybe i was just raised better but i was always told if you have a pet of any kind you need to make sure you can do way more than the bare minimum to care for it because if an emergency arises if you are already doing the bare minimum what exactly are you supposed to do? stop feeding the animal?

i dont know what it is with troons and not being able to care for animals properly but it really does make you think. if they cannot put forth the proper effort to care for an animal imagine how poor their thought processes are for themselves.

I think the important thing to remember is that Lucas, like the vast majority of male troons, is incredibly misogynistic. People like him basically see women as weak, failed men (often unconsciously). So he's a woman, and while it would be fairly pathetic for any normal person to pretend to be severely traumatized after having to talk with the police and spend a few hours in custody (and get CA$ 100,000 for the trouble), for a goblin like Lucas it only reaffirms his "womanhood".
