Mozarella sticks can be a bit bland and go nasty when they cool down, never had cheese curds but I would like to try them

Mozzarella sticks are good and I've never had cheese curds. I think it's pretty hard to go wrong with fried cheese though so I'm sure they're lovely.

When I was a child, mozzarella sticks. Nowadays, definitely cheese curds since it seems like most places I've been to that offer mozzarella sticks seem to source them from the same supplier as Applebee's.

Besides, fried halloumi is where it's at. Mozzarella is for Neapolitan pizza and salads.
