Can't tell you how many stories I've come across of people who are somehow dumbstruck as to how difficult it is to take care of a dog. Pelvic floor therapy is real and it's true that the therapist will sometimes "massage" the pelvic walls. It's not like a sexual massage though, I've never heard of women going to these therapists and finding it sexy or hot, quite the opposite. These therapists are mostly used by women who are having pelvic floor issues (such as incontinence, painful sex, etc), especially after giving birth or entering menopause.
That being said, I doubt Anisa needs to go to one, it sounds like she is either overreacting (again) or she has ovarian cysts, which are common in her age demographic and in women who have poor diets full of processed foods. They usually go away on their own but if she's experiencing this all the time then she needs to make some life style changes, which we all know she won't.

Yeah, I know someone who has had similar treatment for their pelvic floor and she never mentioned a wand being used to treat it and it was certainly a non sexual experience. Also it's not for menstrual cramps. It's for long term pelvic floor issues like you mentioned could relate to child birth or menopause. She was experiencing pain for years and was misdiagnosed multiple times before the pelvic floor was ever brought up. I can understand these women telling others "your pain might be pelvic floor related, I was in pain for years before I found out what it was" but idk what that has to do with menstrual cramps. Pretty sure women with a normal pelvic floor with no major issues still get menstrual cramps. I suppose it could feel worse for some.
