Duke University researchers help transgender woman, 50, breastfeed her GRANDCHILD using experimental hormone drugs so she could feel what it's like to be a real mom - but critics call it 'frankly disturbing'

A trans woman has been helped to breastfeed her grandchild, in what is thought to be a world first.

The unidentified 50-year-old was helped to express up to 30ml of milk at a time, after a four week course of hormone treatment.

Researchers from Duke University reported the woman ‘lactated for a total of two weeks’ and was able to feed the four-month-old baby.

The motivation for inducing lactation was to create a ‘bond from breastfeeding that she had not been able to experience with her own five children’.

She was moved to tears by the experience, which she said had the added benefit of affirming her female gender and making her breasts larger.

The patient later stopped the course of treatment ‘due to logistical barriers'.

According to the researchers, who published their study in the journal Breastfeeding Medicine, the patient had said they had ‘a last-minute idea’ about breastfeeding their grandchild.

‘The patient first expressed the unique desire to breastfeed her expected grandchild at an appointment with her endocrinologist in the spring of 2022,' they wrote.

‘She disclosed that this was a last-minute idea that came to her very close to her daughter’s due date.

‘At five weeks after initiating treatment changes for lactation induction, she reverted to her previous medication regimen.

‘She states that she stopped pursuing her personal goal to breastfeed due to logistical barriers, such as the need to take care of her grandchild while her daughter was pumping.’

‘Her primary motivation for inducing lactation was to experience the bond from breastfeeding that she had not been able to experience with her own five children.

‘The patient tearfully reported this was a significant and emotional experience for her that felt very different from formula feeding her other children.

‘She states she has a special bond with this baby for which she is grateful.

‘She regrets that she had not known about the possibility sooner and wished that other transgender women could know that breastfeeding a baby can be a reality.

‘She reported unforeseen benefits, including female gender affirmation and full breast maturation.

‘The patient did not experience any side effects from her treatment regimen.’

It is only the fifth report of a trans woman experiencing induced lactation for the purpose of breastfeeding.

Different treatment protocols were also required as the drugs used in the previous four studies have not been approved for use in the US by the US Food and Drug Administration.

The researchers added: ‘Conversations with the subject before, during, and after treatment revealed important insights for the ongoing discussions about the role of lactation induction and breastfeeding in gender-affirming care.’

The issue of trans women breastfeeding is subject to controversy – gender-critical campaigners described the study as ‘absolutely shocking’.

Heather Welford from With Woman, a collective of midwives and breastfeeding experts, said: ‘Most people would find the idea absolutely shocking.

‘Babies come into the world ready to continue their relationship with their mother, and breastfeeding helps with this.

‘Disrupting this with attempts at breastfeeding by anyone else is frankly disturbing.'

Maya Forstater, executive director of campaign group Sex Matter, said: ‘Babies cannot consent to being participants in a study which sets aside biological reality to define treatment protocols relating to so-called “gender medicine”.

‘Men should not be permitted, still less supported, to get between babies and their mothers, or to use babies as props to validate their beliefs that they are women.’

The CDC was criticized last year for advice no its website that appeared to endorse 'chestfeeding' — when a trans woman who was born male breastfeeds.

One section, titled 'Health Equity Considerations', claimed 'an individual does not need to have given birth to breastfeed or chestfeed.'

There was nothing on the site that mentioned the health risks to the baby - including heart problems.

30 ml is not enough to nourish a baby. They need - AT MINIMUM - 150-200 ml PER. DAY. And that changes by the hour. So not only are the prioritizing the troon here, they aren't even testing the pus this fucker is leaking. They are giving him drugs no natal female is allowed to take. Of course, they'll just say the breasts are exactly the same anyways:

Whereas testosterone is administered in trans* men, estrogen is the leading hormone in the case of trans* women [1,2]. After the start of hormonal therapy, there is an initial development between the first three to six months starting with a small subareolar breast buds, followed by increased breast tissue development and increased volume [2]. Breast development is not comparable to that of cisgender women, maintaining an immature chest and smaller breasts [36]. The maximum growth will not be achieved until the second year [2], showing no relationship with doses and type of treatments used [37]. In addition, estrogenic therapy is usually combined with medications commonly called “anti-androgens,” which are used to reduce the effects of testosterone, such as: spironolactone [1,5,28,29], cyproterone acetate, and GnRH [5].

The breast tissue that develops, using the standard estrogen hormone, is radiographically [2] and histologically [38] indistinguishable from that of any cisgender woman. Tissue changes derived from a therapy with high estrogen levels during the transition, unlike what happens in gynecomastia, leads to the development of galactophores ducts, lobes, and alveoli. This way, the glandular volume increases, which also turn out to be identical to that of cisgender women [2].

How many 50 year old women breastfeed their grandchildren? This is just a mentally sick pervert going through a midlife crisis who decided to rope in an innocent baby to indulge his fetish. Hopefully this is all he does to children but let's be honest there's a good chance he's been a chomo for a long time.

making her breasts larger
There it is, just a fetish as usual. Disgusting and shameful his children consented to this.

Even in the scenario where the grandmother was a biological woman it would be considered repulsive for them, way past childbearing years, to try to breastfeed their grandchild
That's the other thing that gets me about this situation. Let's say the troon was an honest to God woman that was somehow still able to produce milk, no real grandmother is going to ever ask to breastfeed their grandchild, and no sane parent would agree with it either. Because that's just plain weird and gross.

The only time I could ever see this as being acceptable would be in some third world country where the grandma is still somehow a wet nurse and is providing milk because the mother is unable and there are no other options to get milk or formula.

Pro swimmer Riley Gaines calls it what it is: sexual fetishism and child abuse.

Null did a long segment on this on MATI last year, when that NominalNaomi troon wanted to breastfeed his girlfriend’s baby. Essentially, the science comes to the same conclusion — that while a TIM’s milk is somewhat comparable to the milk of natal women in terms of chemistry, they don’t produce enough of it, even with galactagogues, to warrant the effort and expense. The typical result is a tablespoon or less a day, which, as you pointed out, is nowhere near enough to nourish a baby. I think one of the articles even talked about how the only real benefit to the process had to do with the tranny’s feelings.

Menopause exists for a biological reason. Women move into menopause at the point in their life where their own children are having children, and women in later middle age no longer breastfeed (unless it’s under an emergency situation, where mom can’t produce milk) but assist with children in other ways. Our sex and species has evolved for this purpose over many thousands of years. Letting a troon breastfeed a child or even his grandchild is a prime example of something that we can do with medicine, but not something we should do.

This is exactly why FETISHES should not be considered as something natural! This troon is not only clearly cooming from this experience, they're also poisoning the baby as well. This is just legit child abuse. And you have our shitty elites pushing this nonsense onto the rest of us. Fuck them and fuck the Hellpit they crawled out from.

I found several papers that said Troon tits are comparable to the breasts of prepubescent girls in terms of development. So they do not reach the same maturity as actual female breasts. All that talk about lobules they have to apply to little girls. Seriously.

In any case, I do not think the quality of the milk was measured. Nor was colostrum. They just said they could "breastfeed" somewhat.

Indeed. I invite everyone to peruse the Pubmed literature searches for "grandmother breastfeeding" and "grandmother lactation." It really is only done in places like famine and plague-ridden African rural areas.

My dox finger is itching and it infuriates me that I do not have a name or even profile for this disgusting troon so we could all point and laugh at him. But he's far from the only guilty party here. Let's catalogue every sick fuck associated with this "research."

Takeaway: Facilitating child sexual abuse through chemistry experiments on old perverts gets you a million dollar house.

These sick fucks need to be burned alive, all of them except the baby.
Why do they always drag innocent lives into their disgusting rituals?
