Now at the end of the month said con (which ends today I belive) has framed the emails they sent to Chris and his response almost like a trophy in the main hall of the con. All weekend guests got to see the email upscaled and in a frame like some modern art piece.

Chris Chad has arguably redeemed himself by managing to get a True and Honest Girlfriend (from Finland!). It is arguably the case that the people in charge of this MLP convention are cultivating Bad Karma by banning him, given that he has now atoned. Also, as you pointed out, multiple other attendees are ALSO sex offenders and they only singled out the famous one!

The con is a private organization, they can ban whoever they want for whatever reason they want to and I don't think they made a specific citation/claim for why he was banned. Now if they went out in public and said "yeah we banned this retard who raped his own mother from the con" maybe, but then he'd have to prove he didn't do it.

No, he wouldn't have to prove a thing, they'd have to prove he did do it or he could sue them. One thing you can't do is make shit up as a justification to ban someone from something or say anything that crosses into slander and defamation territory. He wasn't convicted so he's legally innocent so you can't legally accuse him of it as a justification to deny him access to anything.
