The only people I've ever seen throw themselves their own birthday parties were those teenage girls on the MTV show in the 90s/00s. A 42 year old man throwing a birthday party with a chatroom he will beg. What 15 years of social retardation and addict behavior will do.

This is particularly funny because just today he was doing that bitch thing he does when he insults someone but without saying their name, mentioning how having a soundboard with an applause (RTU) or paywalling your webcam (LTG) are things only pathetic people do because they think they're that important or funny. This is coming from the same guy who makes a special event out of his own birthday and has a segment for his boring "day off" stories that are always about how he went for groceries and what Doordash he ordered that day.

I feel that hes coming up with more avenues of making money as time goes by because maybe in his gin brain he realized that he cant do this forever and he needs to generate more money. Of course thats null and void because money goes to hogans or some other shit and doesnt save. I believe he will start to shift the content he makes to expand on other things(and fail) and take the Channel into new directions. Problem is that his lazy ass cant be charismatic or give actual opinions beyond what he sees on twitter. Imagine for a second that he gets interested in True Crime content or Paranormal content. The goldust will be glorious at the cost of actually having the mental fortitude of sitting through all that.

I do wonder if Phil's motivation for the retro reacts is so he has to do less work, since playing video games is busting his ass and why do it again when he's already done it? If YT bans one, they'll ban them all, and his "Retro React" is literally just him watching himself play games. It's basically just forcing his remaining paying viewers to split their donations into multiple areas.

This was always strange to me, rather how he made this whole convoluted story just to get money out of his dents. His fixation with "my parents are old and may die any day" is so strange, of course he was using that to garner sympathy and thus tips. Also the 10 year plan is always a funny sub-arc to me, because looking back at it now, it feels like this was dsp way of saying "im gonna stretch this out more for 10 years and hope for the best" clearly looking at it today, he is in decline and he has become more erratic, probably due to the midlife crisis arc finally kicking in. Its gonna be curious to see when the 10 years are up to see how much dsp declined over that time. Finally if you wanna get unhinged, you could say his 10 year plan is basically him giving him parents that amount of time to die off so he can inherit their money.
