I remember all of that shit with Sigil and WhiteKitten. She even got more money beyond the commission price since the comic was up for purchase on some sites, and I think she got all the money from that as well.

Sigil is a nasty piece of work. I remember her trying to claim that some artist used their young daughter as a model for their porn commissions. When people started asking for evidence or sources for that heavy accusation, I think she tried to blame it on someone else. Can't remember exactly and I think this all went down on furrydrama_2 over on livejournal, which got locked down and all of its commentary scrubbed away.

It's a shame that happened so long ago. That would have definitely warranted a thread for Sigil. She's been under my radar for a while now, initially because I like her style. But over the last 5 years she has been a real bitch.

About 10-20% of the furry population is female according to this site (lots of other interesting demographics there too), although a higher proportion of them are artists and less overwhelmingly homosexual. Not totally unheard of, just a minority.

It could also be that they are a little less prone to the Lifestyle(tm) so you don't see them in the horror stories as often. One of my friends in high school drew & consumed furry porn but never went to any conventions or bought a fursuit or anything and eventually grew out of it.

Honestly, I'm not surprised considering we've seen nazi furries in this thread already. They're not the same thing, of course, but the premise is the same. Furries see their dogfuckery as normal, so it isn't all that unheard of to see them be a part of groups or movements that typically would reject their way of life. I guess you could say that furries come in all stri sorts.
